แนวโน้มอุตสาหกรรมในปัจจุบัน บรรจุภัณฑ์เป็นส่วนที่ส าคัญในการแข่งขันของ
สินค้า ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการออกแบบและมาตรฐานความสะอาด ซึ่งการด าเนินกิจการเหล่านี้ต้องด าเนิน
ไปควบคู่กับโครงการ Thailand 4.0 ซึ่งจะเป็นตัวผลักดันประเทศให้ก้าวไปข้างหน้าอย่างยั่งยืน
ความก้าวหน้าและพัฒนาการของเศรษฐกิจไทยนั้นเป็นผลมาจากความแข็งแรงของภาคเอกชน
ที่มีอยู่ ซึ่งประเทศไทยก าลังมุ่งหน้าไปยังยุคแห่ง Smart ไม่ว่าจะเป็น Smart Technology, Smart
Manufacturing, Smart City และที่ส าคัญที่สุด คือ Smart People ซึ่งเป็นส่วนจ าเป็นที่จะขาดเสีย
ไม่ได้ ในส่วนของ Packaging ก็ได้เกิด Smart Packaging ขึ้นเช่นกัน ได้แก่ Active Packaging
Interactive Packaging และ Intelligent Packaging ซึ่งสามารถตอบสนองต่อการใช้งานได้อย่าง
หลากหลายและครอบคลุมมากขึ้น ในการศึกษาเรื่อง แผนการพัฒนาคลัสเตอร์การพิมพ์และบรรจุ
ภัณฑ์เพื่อเข้าสู่อุตสาหกรรมการพิมพ์และบรรจุภัณฑ์ 4.0 มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาแผนการพัฒนา
คลัสเตอร์การพิมพ์และบรรจุภัณฑ์และเสนอแผนการพัฒนาคลัสเตอร์การพิมพ์และบรรจุภัณฑ์เพื่อ
เข้าสู่อุตสาหกรรมการพิมพ์ และบรรจุภัณฑ์ 4.0 โดยสามารถสรุปผลการศึกษาได้ คือ สภาพ
เศรษฐกิจปัจจุบันสะท้อนถึงการส่งออกและการบริโภคภายในประเทศที่ยังมีปัญหาต่ออุตสาหกรรม
การพิมพ์และบรรจุภัณฑ์ การพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีใหม่ ๆ อาทิ Social Media และ Digital Media ส่งผล
กระทบต่ออุตสาหกรรมการพิมพ์และบรรจุภัณฑ์ จึงจ าเป็นต้องหากลยุทธ์และแนวทางที่จะท าให้
ผู้ประกอบการก้าวไปข้างหน้าการสั่งพิมพ์ในอุตสาหกรรมการพิมพ์และบรรจุภัณฑ์เดิมมีข้อจ ากัด
ตรงที่ถูกก าหนดด้วยการต้องคิดถึงจ านวนพิมพ์อย่างน้อยที่สุดเท่าไรก่อนจึงจะคุ้มทุนและมีก าไร แต่
ปัจจุบัน มีการใช้ระบบการพิมพ์และเครื่องพิมพ์ดิจิทัลมากขึ้น ข้อจ ากัดนี้จึงไม่มีอีกต่อไป มี
ข้อเสนอแนะ ได้แก่ ต้องสร้างความมั่นคงทางการเมือง แก้ปัญหาต้นทุนแรงงานสูง ลด/เลิกภาษี
เครื่องจักร และอุปกรณ์ สนับสนุนและให้ส่วนลดเครื่องจักรประหยัดไฟฟ้า ภาครัฐมีการบูรณาการ
การท างาน ปรับปรุง/ลดต้นทุนระบบไปรษณีย์ หากลยุทธ์ส่งเสริมอุตสาหกรรมการพิมพ์เป็น
Regional ภาครัฐก่อนจะประกาศใช้นโยบายต่างๆ ควรมีการหารือกับผู้ประกอบการก่อน เป็นต้น

Technology, Smart Manufacturing, Smart City and, most importantly, Smart People, this is an

In the study. cluster development, printing and packaging to enter the industry
Printing & Packaging 4.0. The purpose is to study the development plan clustering, printing and
packaging it also plans to develop a printing and packaging cluster to enter the printing industry
and packaging 4.0. The results can be summarized as follows the current economic outlook
reflects the export and domestic consumption that is still a problem for the printing and packaging
industries, the development of new technologies such as Social Media and Digital Media has
impacted on the printing and packaging industries therefore, it is necessary to find strategies and
guidelines that will enable entrepreneurs to move forward. Printing in the original printing and
packaging industry there is a limit to the amount of typing needed to think about at least how
much print before it breaks down and profits, today, more and more digital printing and printing
systems are being used. This limitation is no longer valid. Suggestions include:must build
political stability, Solve high labor costs, reduce/eliminate taxes on machinery and equipment,
support and discount electric machinery, the government is integrating the work, improve/reduce
postal system cost, strategy for Promoting the Printing Industry as a Regional, before the
government announced the policy, Should discuss with the operator before.
