ABSTRACT
Title Management Guideline for Defense Research and Development
with Implication on Industrial Production and Full Utilization

The objective of this research is toexhibit recommendation on defense research
and development management in gearing the capability towards industrial production and full
utilization. The research begins qualitatively with a series of studies on methods for research
management, foreign research management success, and interviewed data, all brought as inputs
into conceptual analysis that submits the management guidance suitable for Thailand’s research
environment as outputs.
The research findings report the substantiation relying upon inter-organizational
collaboration emphasizing on supply chains and value delivery mutuality by virtue as though of
sharing unified goals, finallyreaching to 6 conclusive guidelines namely. 1) Policy Formation; 2)
Research and Development Process Improvement; 3) Collaboration Building; 4) Materiel
Standardization Management; 5) Organizational and Human Resources Management; and 6)
Legislation and Regulation Adjustment. All of the aforementioned measures are permissible
especially as accordingto paving materiel research towards true utilization as well as advancing
defense industries signified by governmental policies.
