เรื่อง แนวทางการพัฒนาเครื่องแต่งกายของก าลังพลกองทัพบกในศตวรรษที่ ๒๑

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (๑) ศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาการพัฒนาเครื่องแต่งกาย
ของก าลังพลกองทัพบก (๒) เสนอแนะแนวทางการพัฒนาเครื่องแต่งกายของก าลังพลกองทัพบก ระเบียบ
วิธีวิจัยเป็นเชิงคุณภาพ โดยศึกษากระบวนการ รูปแบบและลักษณะของยุทธศาสตร์ชาติ ระยะ ๒๐ ปี
กรอบการพัฒนาระยะยาว พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๐–๒๕๗๙ ในการสร้างแนวทางการพัฒนาเครื่องแต่งกายก าลังพล
กองทัพบก ประเภทเครื่องแบบสนาม ใช้เครื่องมือในการรวบรวมข้อมูลคือแบบสอบถามและแนวสัมภาษณ์
จากกลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ทหารประจ าการประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารและเจ้าหน้าที่ส่งก าลัง สังกัดกรมพลาธิการ
ทหารบก ๑๕ คน และทหารกองประจ าการ ประกอบด้วย กองทัพภาคที่ ๑ - ๔ จ านวน ๒๐๐ คน
เพื่อให้ได้แนวทางจากผู้บริหาร ผู้ปฏิบัติ และผู้ใช้งานในการพัฒนาเครื่องแต่งกายก าลังพลกองทัพบก
ที่เหมาะสมกับห้วงเวลา และแปลงไปสู่แผนการปฏิบัติได้จริง การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้โปรแกรมส าเร็จรูป
สถิติที่ใช้ร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ย () และวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา (Content Analysis) จากพฤติกรรมหรือกิจกรรม
ที่ด าเนินการอยู่ ผลการวิจัย ๑. ผลการศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาการพัฒนาเครื่องแต่งกายของก าลังพล
กองทัพบก ประเภทเครื่องแบบสนาม ๑.๑) ด้านความคงทน ๑.๒) ด้านความสะดวกสบายในการสวมใส่
๑.๓) ด้านการดูแลรักษา ๑.๔) ด้านการพรางตัว ๑.๕) ด้านความต้องการเครื่องแบบสนามของผู้ใช้
จากกลุ่มตัวอย่างในพื้นที่กองทัพภาคที่ ๑ – ๔ จ านวน ๒๐๐ นาย พบว่าคุณภาพเครื่องแบบสนามอยู่ใน
ระดับคุณภาพมากในด้านการพรางตัว (= ๓.๙๓) คุณภาพปานกลาง ในด้านความคงทน (= ๓.๑๔),
ด้านความสะดวกสบายในการสวมใส่และด้านการดูแลรักษา (= ๓.๔๐) ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับงานวิจัยของ
กรมพลาธิการทหารบก (๒๕๕๖) ที่ได้ท าการศึกษาเรื่อง โครงการพัฒนาคุณสมบัติผ้าสีพราง (ส าหรับตัด
เครื่องแบบสนาม) ของกรมพลาธิการทหารบก ด้านการต้านการยับและป้องกันการตรวจจับด้วยกล้อง
ตรวจการณ์กลางคืน ด้านความต้องการของผู้ใช้ที่มีต่อเครื่องแบบสนาม ต้องการเครื่องแบบสนามที่มีสีเข้ม
ไม่ซีดจาง ลวดลายกลมกลืนกับสภาพภูมิประเทศ ไม่อับชื้น ซับเหงื่อได้ดี สวมใส่สบาย และมีความคงทน
ดูแลรักษาได้โดยง่าย (= ๓.๔๙) ๒. แนวทางการพัฒนาเครื่องแต่งกายก าลังพลกองทัพบก
ประเภทเครื่องแบบสนาม ผลจากการสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึกจากผู้ที่รับผิดชอบในการด าเนินการต่อ
เครื่องแบบสนามใน ๔ ด้าน คือ ๑) ด้านแนวทางการพัฒนาเครื่องแบบสนามของกองทัพบก
๒) ด้านความรับผิดชอบในการด าเนินการต่อเครื่องแบบสนาม ๓) ด้านปัญหาและอุปสรรค์
ในการด าเนินการต่อเครื่องแบบสนาม ๔) ด้านผลที่ได้รับจากการด าเนินการต่อเครื่องแบบสนาม
ผลการจากสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึก จากผู้ที่รับผิดชอบในการด าเนินการต่อเครื่องแบบสนามในภาพรวม
พบว่า แนวทางการพัฒนาเครื่องแบบสนาม การด าเนินการให้ได้มา ซึ่ง สป. เครื่องแบบสนามนั้น
เป็นการปฏิบัติ (๑) ตามนโยบายของกองทัพบกเป็นหลักในการจัดหาและแจกจ่าย (๒) จากการปรับปรุง
และพัฒนาของ พธ.ทบ. เอง ดังนั้นการจะพัฒนาเครื่องแบบสนามให้มีคุณภาพที่ดี ต้องพิจารณาเรื่องของ
ลายพรางของผ้าที่มีคุณสมบัติกลมกลืนกับธรรมชาติให้มากที่สุดและที่ส าคัญต้องสวมใส่สบายรูปแบบและ
ขนาดของชุดต้องเหมาะสมต่อภารกิจอย่างแท้จริง

Title A Guide to develop the Royal Thai Army Uniform in 21st Century

The purposes of this research were 1) to study conditions and problems to
develop the (Royal) Thai Army Uniform and 2) to recommend guidelines to develop
(Royal) Thai Army Uniform. The study was a qualitative research from analyzing method,
model and 20-year national strategy of long term development framework between
2007-2027 in order to make a guideline to develop the Royal Thai Army Battle Dress
Uniform (BDU) by using questionnaire and interview as the tools. The sample groups are
officers in service consisting of 15 Quartermaster Department Executives and logistics
personal, and 200 of the 1st
– 4
th Army area Enlisted in order to obtain the guidelines
from the Executives, operators and uses for developing the Royal Thai Army Uniform in
the right time and transform into an exploitation plan. Data Analyzing was completed by
the statistical Analysis program of percentage, mean () and content analysis based on
behavior or processing activities. The result of the research 1. The result of the study of
conditions and problems of the Royal Thai Army Battle Dress Uniform (BDU)
development are as follows, 1.1) Durability 1.2) Wearing Comfort 1.3) Treatment/care 1.4)
Camouflage ability 1.5) User’s requirement of the Unifor Due to the sampling group data
in the 1st

th Army Area of 200 soldiers indicates that the BDU is in high-quality level of
camouflage ability (-3.93), medium level in durability (-3.14), wearing comfort and care
(-3.40) which are in accordance with the Quartermaster Department research for the
camouflage fabric for the battle Dress Uniform with the ability of anti-creases and high -
vision goggles detecting protection. For the user’s requirement, the BDU in required to
have dark colour that last longer and does not fade easily, the camouflage pattern
blends well with landscape, undamped, absorb perspiration , durability and easy care
(=3.49) 2. Guide to develop the Royal Thai Army Uniform, Battle Dress Uniform
The results of the in-depth interview of personal in charge with the BDU in 4 conditions are 1)
Guideline for developing the Royal Thai Army Uniform 2) Responsibility for processing
with the Royal Thai Army BDU Uniform 3) Problems and obstacle in processing Royal Thai
Army BDU Uniform The results of the in-depth interview of the responsible personal
working with the BDU in general found that the guideline for developing the BDU,
obtaining process for the BDU are based on 1) The Royal Thai Army policy is mainly
used for procurement and distribution 2) The improvement and development of the
Quartermaster Department Royal Thai Army. Therefore, the guidelines to develop the
BDU will be considered the camouflage pattern with the better ability to blend well with
the landscapes as well as being comfort and correct size that perfectly fits for missions.
