การศึกษาเรื่องแนวทางการพัฒนาจิตลักษณะที่พึงประสงคของพลทหารกอง
ประจําการ มณฑลทหารบกที่ ๑๗ วัตถุประสงคในการวิจัย คือ ๑) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพบริบทของพล
ทหารกองประจําการ มณฑลทหารบกที่ ๑๗ ๒) เพื่อศึกษาจิตลักษณะที่พึงประสงคของผูบังคับบัญชา
ที่มีตอทหารกองประจําการ มณฑลทหารบกที่ ๑๗ ๓) เพื่อกําหนดแนวทางการพัฒนาจิตลักษณะที่
พึงประสงคของพลทหารกองประจําการมณฑลทหารบกที่ ๑๗ โดยใชเครื่องมือในการเก็บขอมูล ไดแก
การสัมภาษณ ประชากรกลุมเปาหมาย (Target Group) ประกอบดวยผูบัญชาการมณฑลทหารบกที่ ๑๗
หัวหนากองกําลังพลมณฑลทหารบกที่ ๑๗ และผูบังคับกองรอยมณฑลทหารบกที่ ๑๗ อยูในกลุมของ
ผูบังคับบัญชา พลทหารกองประจําการมณฑลทหารบกที่ ๑๗ รุนป พุทธศักราช ๒๕๕๗ ผลัดที่ ๑
และผลัดที่ ๒ และรุนป พุทธศักราช ๒๕๕๘ ผลัดที่ ๑ ซึ่งในแตละผลัดจะดําเนินการเก็บขอมูล จาก
การคัดเลือกแบบสมัครใจ ๑ นาย คัดเลือกแบบจับฉลาก ๑ นาย รวมทั้งสิ้น ๖ นาย ผลการศึกพบวา
๑. บริบทพื้นฐานของพลทหารกองประจําการ มณฑลทหารบกที่ ๓๓ พบวา ในหองที่
พลทหารกองประจําการอยูภายในหนวย ซึ่งขาดความเขาใจในหนาที่ของตนเอง ภายในกลุมพลทหาร
กองประจําการ มีการจัดระบบ รุนพี่ รุนนอง ภายในกลุม ขาดการแนะนําจาก ผูบังคับบัญชาในสิ่งที่
ถูกตอง เหมาะสม ซึ่งเกิดความกดดัน สับสน และทายที่สุด ความเขาใจในหนาที่ความรับผิดชอบ
ตลอดจน ความเปนระเบียบวินัยลดลงตาม สงผลตอประสิทธิภาพของภารกิจหรืองานที่ไดรับ
มอบหมาย
๒. จิตลักษณะที่พึงประสงคทางการทหารของผูบัญชาการ ที่มีตอพลทหารกองประจําการ
คือ สามารถปฏิบัติตามแบบธรรมเนียมทหารไดอยางเหมาะสม ตอหนาที่ที่ไดรับมอบหมาย มีสวนรวม
ในการปฏิบัติภารกิจ ไมเกียจคาน รูจักปรับตัวใหเขากัน กลุม หนวย องคกร
การกําหนดแนวทางการพัฒนาจิตลักษณะที่พึงประสงคทางการทหาร ของพลทหาร
กองประจําการ มณฑลทหารบกที่ ๓๓ ซึ่งสรุปไดดังนี้
๑. ในหวงการฝกหลักสูตรทหารใหม มีความจําเปนตองใหพลทหาร รับรูบทบาทหนาที่
ของการเปนพลทหารกองประจําการ และมีความรูในตําแหนงหนาที่ของตน
๒. การจัดกําลังพลที่มีความรูของหนวย พบปะใหความรู และปลูกฝงวินัยทางการทหาร
ความเรียบรอย และปลูกจิตสํานึก สรางแรงใจใหแกพลทหารกองประจําการใหเห็นคุณคาของหนวย
องคกร และสถาบัน ชาติ ศาสนา พระมหากษัตริย
๓. การประพฤติปฏิบัติงานเปนแบบอยางที่ดีของกําลังพลทุกระดับ เพื่อยกระดับความคิด
พฤติกรรมของกําลังพล

Abstract
Title : The development of desirable traits military DC’s private
armed forces 17rd Military Circle
Field : Social Psychology

Studying of the proper Development of Psychology Social Factor of the
Private in the 17rd Military Circle. The objectives of the research are Following. 1.) In
order to study of surrounding of the Privates in the 17rd Military Circle. 2.) In order to
study of psychology social factor of the Commander to the Privates in the 17rd
Military Circle. 3.) In order to specify the desirable development of the Privates in the
Military Circle 17rd. By collecting the information such as Depth interview from the
target groups consist of Commanding General, 17rd Military Circle, Heading Personnel
Division, 17rd Military Circle, Commander of 17rd Military Circle, Privates of 17rd
Military Circle shift 1 and shift 2 in 2014 and sift 1 in 2015. In each shift we will
collect the information from a volunteer and one random panson so the total is 6
people. The resuit of the research.
1. The primary context of the Privates in the 17rd Military Circle appears
that the Privates still do not understand their duties, divided into groups and there
is no primary suggestion from the Commander. Therefore, it brings pressure and
confusing. So it make them has no discipline and it affects the mission and the
duties.
2. Psychology social factor of Commanding to the Private is to be able
to follow the conventional Military properly and also to obey Military discipline (9
items) such as sacrifice, be responsible on the duties, participate in the mission,
diligent and adjusting with the organization.
The Directions of the Psychology Social Factor Development of Private
of Military Circle 17rd are following.
1. During the training of the new Private, it is necessary to let them
know and understand their duties.
2. Provide special officer to teach them, share their experiences, positive
thinking and also to be loyal to the organization, The King and the Country.
3. To be Good example to everyone.
