บทคัดยอ
เรื่อง การพัฒนารูปแบบสมรรถนะนักวิจัยของกองทัพบก
ลักษณะวิชา สังคมจิตวิทยา

การวิจัยเรื่อง การพัฒนารูปแบบสมรรถนะนักวิจัยของกองทัพบกมีวัตถุประสงคเพื่อ
1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการปฏิบัติงานของนักวิจัยของกองทัพบก 2) เพื่อศึกษาองคประกอบสมรรถนะ
นักวิจัยของกองทัพบก 3) เพื่อเสนอรูปแบบการสรางสมรรถนะนักวิจัยของกองทัพบก ใชวิธีวิจัยแบบ
เชิงคุณภาพ โดยการสัมภาษณเจาะลึก และการสนทนากลุมผูเชี่ยวชาญจํานวน 7 ทาน ผลการวิจัย
พบวา
1. สภาพการปฏิบัติงานของนักวิจัยกองทัพบก นักวิจัยกองทัพบกมีบทบาทหนาที่ตอง
รับผิดชอบหลักอยูแลว และงานวิจัยเปนภารกิจรอง และยังไมมีการกําหนดตําแหนงและอัตราการ
บรรจุรวมทั้งยังไมมีการกําหนดเสนทางความกาวหนาในอาชีพของนักวิจัยกองทัพบกที่ชัดเจน
2.สมรรถนะนักวิจัยกองทัพบก ประกอบดวย 5 สมรรถนะ คือ 1) ความสามารถในการทํา
วิจัย และพัฒนาการทางทหารกองทัพบก 2) ความสามารถในการบริหารโครงการวิจัย 3)
ความสามารถในการนําเสนอ 4) จรรยาบรรณนักวิจัย และ 5) ความคิดสรางสรรคเชิงนวัตกรรม
3. รูปแบบสมรรถนะ ประกอบดวย ชื่อสมรรถนะ นิยามสมรรถนะ การแบงระดับสมรรถนะ
พฤติกรรมบงชี้ในแตละระดับ

ABSTRACT
Title The Development of Army s’ Research Competency Model. Field Social psychology

The research of the developing competency of the army’s researcher are
created to 1) study the working condition of the army’s researcher 2) study the
components of the researcher’s competency 3) present the formation of the
researcher’s competency. In order to succeed the goals of this project, we had an
interview with 7 experts. After the interview, we found that
1) The working condition of the army’s researcher: All the researcher
already had their own jobs, and researching are just a minor job. It is still unclear
about the patterns and development for this job in the future.
2) The competency of the army’s researcher: the competency is included
1. Ability to do the research and development for the army club 2. Ability to manage
and work on the researching project 3. Be able to present the project 4. Have the
researcher’s morality 5. Have the creative mind for the innovation.
3) The formation of the researcher’s competency is included the
competency topic, the definition of the competency, the level of the competency,
and the behavior that separate each levels apart from each other.
