การวิจยัคร้ังน้ีมีวตัถุประสงคเพื่อศึกษา ์ ข้อมูล และรูปแบบกระบวนการลูกเสือไทยและ
เสนอแนวทาง การส่งเสริ มและสร้างพลังสามัคคี ให้กับผู้น าด้วยกระบวนการลูกเสือ ศึกษาเฉพาะ
หลักสูตรการฝึ กอบรมบุคลากรทางการลูกเสือ ของส านักงานลูกเสือแห่งชาติ โดยใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิง
คุณภาพ
ผลของการศึกษาพบว่า กระบวนการลกู เสือท้งั ๔ ประการข้างต้น ได้แก่ การฝึ กอบรม
ของลูกเสือ กระบวนการเรียนรู้ของลูกเสือ หลักการเรียนรู้ของลูกเสือ และวิธีการของลูกเสือ ทุก
ข้นั ตอน ท้งัหมดน้ีสามารถปรับพฤติกรรมด้านการสร้างความสามัคคีให้กับผู้น า ตามหลักการใน
การพัฒนาผู้น าด้วยกระบวนการลูกเสือ ท้งัน้ีหลักการในการพัฒนาผู้น าด้วยกระบวนการลูกเสือ มี
ความมุ่งหมายให้ผู้น าเกิดการพัฒนา ๘ ประการ คือ พัฒนาทางกาย ทางสติปัญญา ทางจิตใจและ
ศีลธรรม พัฒนาในเรื่ องการสร้างค่านิยมและเจตคติ ทางสัมพันธภาพระหว่างบุคคล ทาง
สัมพันธภาพทางสังคม ทางสัมพันธภาพระหว่างต่อชุมชน ทางด้านความรับผดิชอบต่อสิ่งแวดลอ้ ม
การศึกษาคร้ังน้ีมีข้อเสนอแนะด้านนโยบายของรัฐควรสนับสนุน ส่งเสริมกิจการของส านักงาน
ลกู เสือแห่งชาติในทุกๆดา้น รวมท้งัควรส่งเสริมให้ผู้น าได้เข้ารับการฝึ กอบรม และปฏิบัติกิจกรรม
เพื่อสามารถปรับพฤติกรรม ตามแนวทางของกระบวนการลูกเสือเป็ นระยะๆ

ABSTRACT
Title Strengthening the unity of the leader with the Scout Method.
Field Social - Psychology

The purpose of this research was to study data and format of Thai Scout Method and
proposed the way to encourage and strengthen the unity of the leaders with the Scout Method.
The research studied specifically in the Personnel Training Course of National Scout Organization of
Thailand using qualitative research methods.
The research result found that all 4 Scout Methods above which were Training of scouts,
Learning the process of scout, The principles learning of the scout and Methodsof Scout .
These methods can improve the behavior of strengthening the unity according to the principles in
leaders development withtheScout Method.
The principles in developing leaders with the Scout Method are aimed to develop the
leaders in 8 points which were Development of physical, Intellectual, Emotional and moral,
Development in the creation of values and attitudes, The relationship between the parties, The social
relationships, The relationship between the community, The environmentally responsible.
This study has some recommendation on the policy of the government which should
support and promote the activities of the National Scout Organization of Thailand in all aspects
including encourage leaders to attend the training and perform activities in order to develop their
behaviors according to the guidelines ofScout Method.
