เอกภาพสมาชิกสหกรณเชื่อมั่นในคุณค าทางจริยธรรมแห งความสุจริต ความเปJดเผย ความรับผิดชอบ
ต อสังคมความเอื้ออาทรต อผู$อื่น บทบาทสําคัญของธุรกิจสหกรณที่จะส งเสริมและสนับสนุนการพัฒนา
ด$านเศรษฐกิจสหกรณ ลดความเลื่อมล้ําทางด$านสังคมและเศรษฐกิจและสร$างให$เกิดความเจริญอย าง

Cooperative is an organization owned and managed by its people. It
involves with economy, society and culture. The International Cooperative Alliance
(ICA) defined cooperatives value as a setting base on the value of self-sufficient, selfresponsibility, democratic equality, fairness and unity of the members. The
cooperative believes in the value of the ethics, truthful, transparency, social
responsibility and generosity towards others.
The Important roles of the cooperative business are to promote and
support the cooperative economy. It also reduces the socioeconomic disparity in
order to create sustainable prosperity for the economy and society. These can keep
the balance of development. The operation of the civil state process, therefore, aims
to develop the cooperatives to capable to operate their own business on target. The
Thai chamber of commerce has operated a project which is called one chamber of
commerce is responsible for at least one cooperative. The project is integrated
operating together with agricultural cooperative sectors, private sector, military and
government. It is driven by the agricultural cooperative sectors and private sector
while the military and government agencies support the project to be developed
and become sustainable growth according to the sufficiency economy philosophy.
The Phitsanulok chamber of commerce operated the project of the one
chamber of commerce is responsible for at least one cooperative in order to be a
prototype intending to find an appropriate model. It aims to encourage the
agricultural cooperatives implement in the same direction with the civil state policy,
national strategy. It also improves the agricultural cooperatives competitive capability
for Thailand 4.0. The research aims to study the circumstance and the roles of the
agricultural cooperatives operation in term of developing the networking between 2
the agricultural cooperatives itself, the Phitsanulok chamber of commerce, military,
government sector and private sector. It finally improves the model of the
agricultural cooperatives development in order to enhance their competitive
capability and become sustainable growth.
