The 21st Century Teacher’s Potential Development of Ministry Of
Education is the mixed Method. The purposes were to: 1) explore the potential
needed for teacher in the 21st century of the Ministry of Education, 2) propose a
developmental approach needed.
The findings reveal that 1) the potential for teacher in the 21st century of
the Ministry of Education consists of knowledge, skills and attributes. 2) the
Developmental Approaches for the 21st Century Teacher’s Potential of Ministry Of
Education includes principles consistent with the principles of needs and necessary
for teacher performing continued and connected to teacher career path
development for the purposes of teacher potential development in knowledge, skills
and attributes continuity from the beginning, intermediate and high-level by the
various approaches of development. The committees and responsibly unit for
developing and supervising for the teacher development should be founded and
take concrete results affected and availability or promotion of professional licensure
and renewal for teachers.
