การวิจัยเรื่ อง สหกิจศึกษากับการพัฒนาทักษะแรงงานมีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษา
สมรรถนะของนักศึกษาสหกิจศึกษาในการปฏิบัติงานในสถานประกอบการในด้านความรู้ ทักษะ
และคุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคล รวมถึงศึกษากระบวนการ และสภาพปัญหาแนวทางในการพัฒนา
ทักษะแรงงานของสหกิจศึกษา สถานประกอบการประเภทอุตสาหกรรมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ จังหวัด
สมุทรปราการ การวิจัยคร้ังน้ีเป็นการวิจยัเชิงคุณภาพ โดยใชการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก ้ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง
ประกอบด้วย นักศึกษา อาจารย์นิเทศ และผู้นิเทศจากสถานประกอบการประเภทอุตสาหกรรม
อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า สถาบันการศึกษา ผู้ประกอบการ และ
หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ควรมีความร่วมมือกันแบบหุ้นส่วน มีการติดตามความเปลี่ยนแปลงของ
ตลาดแรงงานอย่างต่อเนื่อง มีการจัดท าระบบคุณภาพ หรือระบบมาตรฐานสากลของสหกิจศึกษา
เพื่อเสริมสร้างความน่าเชื่อถือแก่ผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้อง มีการจัดท าฐานข้อมูลกลาง เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนและ
แบ่งปันข้อมูลระหว่างผู้ประกอบการกับสถาบันการศึกษา รวมถึงรัฐบาลควรมีนโยบายส่งเสริ ม
สหกิจศึกษาอย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อส่งเสริมให้สถาบันการศึกษาและสถานประกอบการร่วมมือกันพัฒนา
แรงงานที่มีคุณภาพ รวมถึงมีการประเมินผลคุณภาพของแรงงานในระบบสหกิจศึกษา เพื่อเป็ น
แนวทางในการปรับปรุงและพัฒนาใหด้ียงิ่ ข้ึนต่อไปในอนาคต

The objective of Cooperative Education and Development of Labour Skills study is
aimed to study the capacity of Cooperative Educational students’ performance in their workplace
or organization in the aspects of knowledge, skills and personal characteristic including with the
study of process, problems and also guidelines to develop labour skills of Cooperative Education,
Electronics Industry Business in Samutprakan Province. This research is the qualitative research
which the depth interviews were applied. The samples were the students, the teachers of
supervisors, and the supervisors from the Electronics Industry Business in Samutprakan Province.
This research suggested that the related agencies should have partnership cooperation, and they
should follow changes of labour market continuously. Moreover, the quality system or
international standards of Cooperative Education should be prepared in order to reinforce
credibility to stakeholders. In addition, central database should be provided to exchange and share
the information between entrepreneur and educational institution, and the government should
have the policy to continuously promote Cooperative Education in order to encourage educational
institution and entrepreneur to collaborate in the development of quality labour including with the
assessment of labour quality in Cooperative EducationSystem as the way to improve and develop
labour in the near future.
