การวิจัยคร้ังน้ีมีวตัถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสถานการณ์การท่องเที่ยวในประเทศไทย
ของนักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทยและต่างชาติเพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหาความเชื่อมนั่ ของนักท่องเที่ยวที่มีต่อ
การให้บริการของต ารวจท่องเที่ยว และเพื่อเสนอแนะแนวทางในการปรับปรุงการให้บริการของ
ต ารวจท่องเที่ยวต่อนักท่องเที่ยวในอนาคต เป็ นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ โดยประชากรที่ใช้ในการ
รวบรวมข้อมูล คือ นักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทยและชาวต่างประเทศ ณ แหล่งท่องเที่ยวหลักที่ส าคัญของ
ไทยในจังหวัดชลบุรี เชียงใหม่ ภูเก็ต กระบี่ และสุราษฎร์ธานี
ผลของการวิจัย พบว่า ความเชื่อมนั่ ของนักท่องเที่ยวเป็นผลมาจาก การพบเห็น
เจา้หนา้ที่ตา รวจท่องเที่ยวในสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวอยเู่ป็นประจา และหลายพ้ืนที่มีสถานีตา รวจท่องเที่ยว
อยใู่นบริเวณใกลเ้คียงกบัแหล่งท่องเที่ยวรวมท้งัมีความเชื่อมนั่ ในประสิทธิภาพของตา รวจท่องเที่ยวดว้ย
โดยมีความรู้สึกปลอดภัยเมื่อเดินทางมาเที่ยวในประเทศไทย ส่วนความพึงพอใจส่วนใหญ่เป็ นเพราะได้
พบเห็นเจา้หนา้ที่ตา รวจณสถานีขนส่งประเภทต่างๆท้งัทางบก ทางน้า และท่าอากาศยาน โดยสามารถ
ขอขอ้ มูลต่างๆ จากตา รวจท่องเที่ยวไดด้ว้ยความสะดวก รวมท้งั มีการประชาสัมพันธ์เรื่องความ
ปลอดภยัใหแ้ก่นกั ท่องเที่ยวไดร้ับทราบอยา่ งต่อเนื่อง ท้งัน้ีเมื่อเปรียบเทียบกนัระหว่างนกั ท่องเที่ยว
ชาวไทยและต่างชาติพบว่า นักท่องเที่ยวชาวไทยมีความเชื่อมนั่ และความพึงพอใจมากกว่า
นักท่องเที่ยวต่างชาติอย่างมีนัยส าคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และแนวทางในการปรับปรุ งการ
ให้บริ การของต ารวจท่องเที่ยวต่อนักท่องเที่ยวในอนาคตควรจะต้องเป็ นไปตามยุทธศาสตร์
หลัก 3ยุทธศาสตร์ คือ สร้างความเชื่อมนั่ ดา้นความปลอดภยัในชีวิตและทรัพยส์ินแก่นักท่องเที่ยว
การสร้างเครื อข่ายประสานงานระหว่างกองบังคับการต ารวจท่องเที่ยว กับองค์การภาครัฐกับ
องค์การภาคเอกชนที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการท่องเที่ยว และการวิจัยและพัฒนาการให้บริ การและ
การอ านวยความสะดวกแก่นักท่องเที่ยวให้สอดคล้องกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงของบริบทด้านความ
ปลอดภัยและการท่องเที่ยว

ABSTRACT
Title : The Tourists’ Confidence Towards Tourist Polices’ Service

The objectives of this research were to study about the situation of tourism of Thai
and foreigner tourists in Thailand, to study the situation and problems of tourists’ confidence
towards tourist polices’ service and to suggest the guideline of improving tourist polices’ service
for tourists in Thailand in the coming future . This was the quantitative research and the
population using in gathering all involving information were Thai and foreigner tourists in the
area of important tourist attraction around Thailand including Chonburi, Chiengmai, Phuket,
Krabi and Surathanee Provinces .
The results found that tourists’ confidence caused from they met tourist polices in the
tourist attraction as usual . There were tourist police stations in many areas close with tourist
attraction including their confidence of the tourist polices’ efficiency also. They felt safe when
travelling in Thailand . Most of their satisfaction caused from they found police officers at various
transportation stations including the route of land, water and airports . They can ask information
from police officers conveniently and the authorities had informed all safety issues for all tourists
continuously and completely. Therefore, when the comparison between Thai and foreigner
tourists was done. We found that the satisfaction of Thai tourists was better than foreigner tourists
at the statistical significance level of .05. The guideline of improving tourist polices’ service for
all tourists in the coming future should be done according to the main strategies comprised of
creating the confidence of safety in tourists’ lives and properties . The network of coordination
between tourist police command division and private and public organization which involving
tourism must be done seriously. Lastly, The research and development in service and convenience
issues for all tourists must be done according to the changing of safety and tourism context
continuously as well .
