เอกสารวิชาการเรื่องบทบาทของปัญญาประดิษฐ์กับความมั่นคงของชาติ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา บทบาทของปัญญาประดิษฐ์ต่อความมั่นคงของชาติ และศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนานโยบายการใช้ปัญญาประดิษฐ์ เพื่อความมั่งคงของชาติ กลุ่มเป้าหมายที่ศึกษาประกอบไปด้วยเยาวชนที่ใช้ปัญญาประดิษฐ์ ผู้บังคับใช้กฎหมาย และผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับปัญญาประดิษฐ์ โดยการศึกษาเชิงคุณภาพด้วยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกและวิเคราะห์จาก เอกสาร คัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยวิธีเจาะจง โดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์เป็นเครื่องมือในการศึกษา แล้วนำมาวิเคราะห์ ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาและวิเคราะห์สรุปอุปนัย พร้อมทั้งตรวจสอบข้อมูลแบบสามเส้า โดยแบ่งการศึกษา ออกเป็น ๓ มิติ ประกอบด้วย (๑) มิติสิ่งแวดล้อม กรณีศึกษาบทบาทของปัญญาประดิษฐ์กับการจัดการขยะใน สถานศึกษา (๒) มิติสังคม กรณีศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาความฉลาดรู้ทางปัญญาประดิษฐ์ของข้าราชการตำรวจ และ (๓) มีดีเทคโนโลยี กรณีศึกษาการพัฒนาความรอบรู้เทคโนโลยีปัญญาประดิษฐ์ของเยาวชนไทยในเขต กรุงเทพมหานครเพื่อความมั่นคงของชาติ
ผลการศึกษาทั้ง ๑๓ มิติ สรุปข้อค้นพบที่สำคัญและมีลักษณะร่วมกันทั้ง ๓ ประการ ประกอบด้วย ๑) การฝึกอบรม (Training) โดยเป็นการจัดการเรียนรู้ระยะสั้นทั้งในสถานศึกษา และนอกสถานศึกษา พร้อมทั้งจัด หลักสูตรการเรียนรู้ในช่องทางต่าง ๆ ให้กับเยาวชนเพื่อเพิ่มเติมความรู้และทักษะด้านปัญญาประดิษฐ์ ๒) การ กระตุ้นจูงใจ (Encouragement) อันเป็นการเสริมแรงให้กับผู้ปกครองและผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับเยาวชนในระดับ สถานศึกษาพร้อมด้วยชุมชนเพื่อให้มีส่วนร่วมต่อการผลักดันการเรียนรู้ปัญญาประดิษฐ์ให้กับเยาวชน ซึ่งรวมไป ถึงการเข้าร่วมส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนในทุกมิติของหน่วยงานภาครัฐทุกภาคส่วนด้วย และ ๑) การพัฒนา (Development) อันหมายถึงการสร้างเสริมอุปกรณ์เครื่องมือด้านปัญญาประดิษฐ์ให้มีความพร้อมต่อการเรียนรู้ และใช้งาน รวมไปถึงการพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับระบบการศึกษาให้มีความพร้อมต่อการถ่ายทอด ปัญญาประดิษฐ์ไปสู่เยาวชนให้เป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

"The Role of Artificial Intelligence in National Security" academic paper aims to study the role of artificial intelligence in national security, and study guidelines for developing policies on the use of artificial intelligence for national security. The target group studied consists of youth who use artificial intelligence, law enforcer and those involved with artificial intelligence. By conducting a qualitative study using in-depth interviews and document study. The sample was selected using a purposive method. Using the interview form as a tool for the study. Then the data was analyzed using content analysis and inductive analysis, along with triangulating data checks. Aim to understand 3 dimensions, (1) Environment dimension (Case study: The role of artificial intelligence in waste management in schools), (2) Social dimension (Case study: Guidelines for developing artificial intelligence literacy for police officers), and (3) Technology dimension (Case study: Developing artificial intelligence literacy among Thai youth in Bangkok for national security)
From the results of the study of these 3 dimensions, there are importance findings that have three common characteristics: 1) Training in educational institutions and outside institutions. As well as organicing training courses through many channels for youth to increase their knowledge and skills in artificial intelligence. 2) Encouragement to parents and youth stakeholders at the school and community levels to involve in promoting artificial intelligence learning for youth. This includes participating in promotion and support in every dimension of government agencies in every sector. 5. Development to artificial intelligence tools to be ready for learning and use Including the development of human resources related to the education system to be ready to effectively transfer artificial intelligence to youth.
