The purpose of this research was to study the problems and limitations
of Crisis Management Efficiency of the Armed Forces Development Command by the
incident command system A case study of flooding in the the Northeast of Thailand.
The data obtained from the study were used to analyze factors affecting crisis
management of the Armed Forces Development Command by the incident
command system by using qualitative research methods Mainly for the research
techniques used, namely document research together with in-depth interview and
group discussions with experts and heads of government agencies Personnel of the
provincial government who have experience working with 2nd Regional Development
Office. The results showed that The current rapid climate change has made it clear
that the likelihood of catastrophic situations will become unpredictably more sever
.The effect is a threat to the lives and property of people and the country by factor
are Systematic management from the planning stage Analysis of operational areas or
affected areas including personnel and vehicles Tools for disaster relief assistance In
order to have efficient resource management and do not perform redundant tasks.
make them aware of ways to increase the efficiency of crisis management of the
Armed Forces Development Command that it can be presented in 2 practical steps.
First The general guidelines that should be taken as the main guidelines are the
guidelines for bringing forces and equipment to solve the situation in general of the
disaster relief center . Second contextual Incident Command System Efficiency
Guidelines of the Armed Forces Development Command whose mission is to
develop the country and help the people, including solving the country's urgent
problems with appropriate disaster management procedures.ค
