งานวิจัยเรื่อง การพัฒนาพื้นที่ชายฝั่งทะเลกองทัพเรือ เพื่อสนับสนุนโครงการพัฒนา
ระเบียงเศรษฐกิจพิเศษภาคตะวันออก (EEC) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการพัฒนาพื้นที่การกัดเซาะ
ชายฝั่งทะเลทั้งในอดีตและปัจจุบัน โดยวิเคราะห์ ปัญหา อุปสรรค และปัจจัย ที่เกี่ยวข้อง แล้วเสนอ
แนวทางการพัฒนาพื้นที่ชายฝั่งทะเลของกองทัพเรือ ในการสนับสนุนโครงการพัฒนาระเบียง
เศรษฐกิจพิเศษภาคตะวันออก (EEC) อย่างยั่งยืน งานวิจัยนี้ใช้การรวบรวมข้อมูลทุติยภูมิ จากหลาย
แหล่งข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้อง และรวบรวมข้อมูลปฐมภูมิจากการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่เกี่ยวข้อง
เพื่อให้ข้อมูลที่ได้มีความเที่ยงตรงและน่าเชื่อถือ ส่วนการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลนั้น ผู้วิจัยใช้การวิเคราะห์
เนื้อหาเป็นหลัก โดยเมื่อน าข้อมูลที่รวบรวมได้มาจัดระเบียบแล้วน ามาวิเคราะห์ สังเคราะห์ ประกอบ
กับแนวความคิดทฤษฎีที่เกี่ยวข้อง
ผลของการวิจัยพบว่า การกัดเซาะชายฝั่งทะเล เกิดจากปัญหาและสาเหตุ ทั้งในเรื่อง
ของการเปลี่ยนแปลงของภูมิอากาศ การเพิ่มสูงขึ้นของระดับน้ าทะเล การทรุดตัวของแผ่นดินบริเวณ
ชายฝั่ง การพัฒนาเมืองและอุตสาหกรรมที่ท าให้เกิดการท าลายระบบนิเวศชายฝั่งทะเล และส่งผล
ท าให้เกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลงกระบวนการระบบนิเวศชายฝั่งทะเล การแก้ไขปัญหาการกัดเซาะชายฝั่ง
ทะเลของกองทัพเรือพื้นที่สัตหีบนี้ จ าเป็นต้องศึกษาความเชื่อมโยงกับศาสตร์ต่าง ๆ หลายสาขา
เพราะเป็นเรื่องที่ซับซ้อนที่จะต้องพิจารณาอย่างละเอียดรอบคอบ รวมถึงในมิติด้านสังคม เศรษฐกิจ
และวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่น จะต้องใช้นักวิชาการและผู้ช านาญการ ในแต่ละสาขาท างานร่วมกัน เพื่อที่จะ
สามารถวิเคราะห์หาสาเหตุที่แท้จริง รวมไปถึงผลกระทบที่จะเกิดขึ้นและความคุ้มทุน เพื่อให้ได้
แนวทางที่เหมาะสมในแต่ละพื้นที่ ซึ่งแสดงให้เห็นว่าหากจะแก้ไขปัญหาการกัดเซาะชายฝั่งทะเล
กองทัพเรืออ าเภอสัตหีบ ให้เป็นผลส าเร็จ ควรด าเนินการแบบบูรณาการไปพร้อมๆ กันและจัดล าดับ
ความส าคัญชองแต่ละพื้นที่ มีการติดตาม ตรวจสอบและ สร้างครือข่ายให้ประชาชนในพื้นที่เข้ามา

มากขึ้น รวมทั้งดึงให้โครงการEEC เห็นความส าคัญในการช่วยกันแก้ไขปัญหา เพื่อความยั่งยืนในการ
แก้ปัญหา และสอดรับกับโครงการพัฒนาEEC.ในการส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยว สร้างรายได้ให้กับ
ประชาชนในพื้นที่ ที่จะเกิดขึ้นในอนาคตข

ecosystems and resulted in changes in coastal ecosystem processes Solving coastal
