การส่งเสริมเศรษฐกิจระดับชุมชนท้องถิ่นให้มีความเข้มแข็ง มีศักยภาพในการแข่งขัน
สามารถพึ่งพาตนเองได้ จะช่วยให้เกิดการยกระดับมาตรฐานการครองชีพ และความเป็นอยู่ของ
เกษตรกรในชุมชนให้ดีขึ้น น้าไปสู่การแก้ไขปัญหาความยากจน ความเหลื่อมล้้า ความไม่เสมอภาค
รวมทั้งมีส่วนในการผลักดันให้ภาคเศรษฐกิจสามารถฟื้นตัวกลับมาสู่ปกติ ผู้วิจัยจึงมีความสนใจ
ที่จะศึกษาองค์ประกอบส้าคัญของระบบเศรษฐกิจฐานรากที่เข้มแข็งและกระบวนการขับเคลื่อนระบบ
เศรษฐกิจฐานรากเพื่อให้เกิดรูปธรรมที่ชัดเจนสู่เป้าหมายหลักความยั่งยืน ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับยุทธศาสตร์
ชาติ ๒๐ ปีของประเทศไทย โดยเอกสารวิจัยฉบับนี้น้าเสนอข้อมูลแบบเอกสารวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ
ใช้วิธีการรวบรวมข้อมูลแบบการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกจากกลุ่มทอผ้า ผู้แทนจากหน่วยงานราชการ และ
ผู้แทนภาคเอกชนที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้ข้อคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาระบบเศรษฐกิจ
ฐานรากอย่างยั่งยืน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า
ภูมิปัญญาวัฒนธรรมชาวบ้าน ว่าด้วย การอนุรักษ์ สืบทอด และถ่ายทอดภูมิปัญญา
วิถีวัฒนธรรมชาวบ้าน เช่น การสาธิตวิธีการทอผ้าไหมเพื่อให้ปฏิบัติตาม โดยการท้าให้ดู พร้อมทั้ง
การพูดคุยแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ร่วมกัน ซึ่งเริ่มต้นจากบุคคลในครอบครัวตามธรรมเนียมประเพณี
ของสังคม มุ่งให้คนในครอบครัวน้าความรู้ไปใช้ในชีวิตประจ้าวันและถ่ายทอดให้แก่คนในครอบครัว
รุ่นต่อ ๆ ไป และการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์และคุณภาพของเส้นไหม ซึ่งเริ่มตั้งแต่ส่วนต้นน้้าคือ การปลูก
หม่อมเลี้ยงไหม กระบวนการผลิตเส้นไหม การแปรรูปสาวไหม ฟอกย้อมสีเส้นไหม การคัดเลือก
คุณภาพของเส้นไหม รวมถึงการคัดเลือกขนาดของเส้นไหมให้ได้ขนาดใกล้เคียงกัน จึงจ้าเป็นต้นอาศัย
ความช้านาญและประสบการณ์
การขับเคลื่อนและการพัฒนาชุมชนกลุ่มทอผ้าไหมอย่างยั่งยืน โดยมุ่งเน้นการจัดการ
ตนเองในทุกมิติ การให้ความช่วยเหลือกันและกันแบบญาติมิตร ให้ความรักความเอื้ออาทรต่อกัน
ให้การดูแลเอาใจใส่กันและกัน ท้าให้การจัดสวัสดิการชุมชนมิใช่เพียงแค่การช่วยเหลือทางการเงิน
เท่านั้น แต่สวัสดิการเป็นทั้งก้าลังใจ ก้าลังทรัพย์ และความรู้เป็นกระบวนการของการให้อย่าง
มีคุณค่า รับอย่างมีศักดิ์ศรี มีส่วนร่วม เป็นธรรมและเท่าเทียมข
abstract:

Strengthening local economies being competitive and self-reliant will
help raise the standard of living and livelihood of farmers in the community.
Contribute to tackling poverty and inequality. It also contributes to driving the economic
sector to recover to normal. Therefore, the researcher is interested in studying the
key elements of a strong foundation economy and the process of driving the micro
economy in order to achieve clear concrete solutions towards sustainability goals,
which are in line with Thailand's 20 year national strategy. This research paper
presents data in the form of a qualitative research paper. It uses an in-depth interview
data collection method from textile groups. Representatives from government agencies
and relevant private sector representatives to provide opinions and suggestions on
sustainable development of the micro-economic system. The results of the study
showed that:

knowledge, a process of giving with value, receiving with dignity, participation, fairness
