บทคัดย่อ:
เรื่อง การสร้างแรงจูงใจในการท างานของต ารวจปราบปรามยาเสพติด กรณีศึกษา

กองบังคับการต ารวจปราบปรามยาเสพติด ๒ มีหน้าที่ป้องกนัและปราบปรามยาเสพ
ติดในพ้ืนที่ภาคตะวนัออกเฉียงเหนือแมจ้ะไดท้ า งานอยา่ งเต็มที่แลว้ แต่ปริมาณยาเสพติดที่จบัได้
ก็ไม่ได้ลดลงเลย ปัญหาน้ีอาจจะเกิดจากการขาดแรงจูงใจในการท างานของบุคลากร ผู้วิจัย
ได้ท าการศึกษาโดยวิธีการศึกษาวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ มีการเก็บขอ้ มูลดา้นทุติยภูมิโดยอาศัยการค้นคว้า
ข้อมูลจากเอกสาร ตา รา บทความ วิจยั ตวับทกฎหมายและสื่อสิ่งพิมพต์ ่างๆ ตลอดจนขอ้ มูลจาก
สื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวกบัการศึกษาการสร้างแรงจูงใจเพิ่มในการทา งาน โดยสืบคน้ขอ้ มูล
จากแหล่งขอ้ มูลท้งัภายในประเทศไทยและต่างประเทศ การเก็บขอ้ มูลดา้นปฐมภูมิโดยวิธีการ
สัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกจากผู้ให้ข้อมูลสา คญั ได้แก่กลุ่มผูใ้ห้นโยบายกลุ่มผูน้ า นโยบายไปปฏิบตัิและ
กลุ่มผมู้ีส่วนไดส้ ่วนเสียในพ้นื ที่จงัหวดัติดริมแม่น้า โขง จา นวนท้งัสิ้น ๒๕ คน แล้วรวบรวมข้อมูล
ที่ได้มาท าการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลตามกรอบและประเด็นที่ได้ท าการศึกษา ซึ่ งได้ผลสรุปปัญหาและ
อุปสรรค ในการทา งานของขา้ราชการตา รวจสังกดักองบงัคบัการตา รวจปราบปรามยาเสพติด ๒
และทราบถึงปัจจยัที่มีผลต่อการสร้างแรงจูงใจในการทา งานของขา้ราชการตา รวจสังกดั กองบังคับ
การต ารวจปราบปรามยาเสพติด ๒ ท้งัปัจจยัจูงใจและปัจจยัค้า จุน ตลอดจนแนวทางการสร้าง
แรงจูงใจในการท างานให้กบัขา้ราชการตา รวจสังกดักองบังคับการต ารวจปราบปรามยาเสพติด ๒
และมีข้อเสนอแนะส าหรับแนวทางการการสร้างแรงจูงใจในการท างานเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ
ในการท างานของขา้ราชการตา รวจสังกัดกองบังคับการต ารวจปราบปรามยาเสพติด ๒ได้แก่
ข้อเสนอแนะเชิงกฎหมาย ข้อเสนอแนะเชิงนโยบาย ข้อเสนอแนะในทางปฏิบัติ และข้อเสนอแนะ

Narcotics Suppression Division 2 is responsible for the prevention and suppression of
narcotics in the northeastern region. Even though it has already worked fully but the amount of drug
seized did not decrease at all This problem may be caused by the lack of motivation in the work of
personnel. The researcher conducted the study by qualitative research method. Secondary information
is collected. By relying on researching information from documents, textbooks, research articles, legal
articles and various publications. As well as information from the media various electronic That's
about educating, adding motivation to work. By searching for information from sources both within
Thailand and abroad. The primary data collection By means of in-depth interviews from important
providers is the policy maker group, the policy operator group and the stakeholder group in the
provinces along the Mekong River with a total of 25 people. Then collected the data to analyze the
data according to the framework and issues that have been studied. which results in a summary of
problems and obstacles in the work of police officers under the Narcotics Suppression Division 2 and
know the factors affecting the motivation in the work of police officers under the Narcotics
Suppression Division 2. Both motivator factors and hygiene factors as well as guidelines for creating
motivation to work for police officers under the Narcotics Suppression Division 2. And there are
suggestions for guidelines for creating motivation to work in order to increase the work efficiency of
police officers under the Narcotics Suppression Police 2: legal recommendations, policy
recommendations,practical suggestions and academic suggestions.ค
