การศึกษาวิจัยเรื่อง แนวทางการพัฒนาการรับรู้หลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง
ต่อเยาวชนของศูนย์ประสานงานโครงการอันเนื่องมาจากพระราชดำริและความมั่นคง กองบัญชาการ
กองทัพไทย เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพในรูปแบบพรรณนา ผู้วิจัยกำหนดวัตถุประสงค์การวิจัยไว้ ๒ ข้อ
ประกอบด้วย ๑. เพื่อศึกษาการสร้างการรับรู้หลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงต่อเยาวชน รวมถึงปัญหา
อุปสรรค และข้อขัดข้องจากการดำเนินงานที่ผ่านมา และ ๒. เพื่อนำไปพัฒนาการรับรู้ให้เกิดการ
พัฒนาอย่างต่อเนื่อง รวมถึงการปรับรูปแบบกิจกรรมในการนำเสนอให้ดียิ่งขึ้น เพื่อนำไปสู่การยอมรับ
และสามารถนำไปปรับใช้ในการปฏิบัติได้ โดยการวิจัยใช้การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลประกอบกับแนวความคิด
ทฤษฎีที่เกี่ยวข้องจนกระทั่งได้แนวทางการพัฒนาการรับรู้หลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงต่อเยาวชน
ของศูนย์ประสานงานโครงการอันเนื่องมาจากพระราชดำริและความมั่นคงกองบัญชาการกองทัพไทย
จากผลการวิจัย ทำให้พบว่า ในปัจจุบันได้มีการนำเทคโนโลยีต่าง ๆ เข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในการนำเสนอ
นิทรรศการ แต่ก็ยังไม่ทันเทคโนโลยีที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างรวดเร็วตลอดเวลา รวมถึงข้อจำกัด
ในเรื่องของบริหารภายใน เช่น บุคลากร สถานที่ และงบประมาณ อีกทั้งการขาดการประชาสัมพันธ์
ในรูปแบบต่าง ๆ ตามสื่อต่าง ๆ ที่ยังเข้าไม่ถึงกลุ่มเยาวชน หรือประชาชนทั่วไป ซึ่งควรมีการนำ
เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศมาใช้ให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุด ดังนั้นแนวทางการพัฒนาการรับรู้หลักปรัชญา
เศรษฐกิจพอเพียงต่อเยาวชนของศูนย์ประสานงานโครงการอันเนื่องมาจากพระราชดำริและ
ความมั่นคงกองบัญชาการกองทัพไทย โดยใช้หลักการขับเคลื่อนปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงไปสู่
การปฏิบัติ ๓ ขั้น คือ ขั้นที่ ๑ ต้องเรียนรู้ปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงให้เข้าใจถ่องแท้ เพื่อให้เห็น
คุณค่าและเกิดศรัทธาที่จะนำปรัชญานี้ไปประยุกต์ใช้จริง ด้วยการบรรยาย การจัดประชุม
เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ร่วมกัน ขั้นที่ ๒ ทุกภาคส่วนต้องร่วมมือกันขับเคลื่อนปรัชญาสู่การปฏิบัติ ตั้งแต่
ระดับครัวเรือนจนถึงระดับประเทศ โดยมีการจัดกิจกรรมที่ชัดเจนด้วยกันอย่างต่อเนื่อง และขั้นที่ ๓
ต้องใช้ปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงเป็นหลักในการดำรงชีวิตอย่างต่อเนื่องเป็นประจำสม่ำเสมอ
เพื่อบ่มเพาะให้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของวิถีชีวิตวัฒนธรรมของคนไทย โดยมีข้อเสนอแนะ แบ่งออกเป็น
๓ แนวทาง คือ ๑.เชิงนโยบาย ๒.ระดับปฏิบัติการ และ ๓.เพื่อการวิจัยครั้งต่อไป โดยควรสนับสนุน
ให้มีการวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนาการจัดนิทรรศการให้ตอบสนองต่อความสนใจของเยาวชนให้มากขึ้น โดยเป็น
การเก็บสถิติผู้มาใช้บริการ และวิเคราะห์ความต้องการให้เกิดความเหมาะสมต่อไปข

Research study Guidelines for the development of awareness of the
Sufficiency Economy Philosophy for the youth of the Center for the Coordination of Royal
Initiative and Security Projects Royal Thai Armed Forces Headquarters It is a qualitative
research in a descriptive form. The researcher set two research objectives : 1. to
study the creation of awareness of the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy for youth,
including problems, obstacles, and obstacles from past operations; continuous
development Including adjusting the form of activities in the presentation to be
better to lead to acceptance and can be adapted into practice. The research used data
analysis together with relevant theoretical concepts until a guideline for developing
awareness of the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy for youths of the Royal Thai Armed
Forces Headquarters Project Coordination Center for Royal Initiatives and Security was
obtained. From the research results, it was found that at present, various
technologies have been used to participate in the exhibition presentation. But still not
keeping up with the technology that changes rapidly all the time. Including limitations
in internal management such as personnel, location and budget. In addition, the lack
of public relations in various forms through various media that have not reached the
youth group. or general public which should use information technology for
maximum benefit Therefore, the way to develop awareness of the Sufficiency
Economy Philosophy for the youth of the Royal Development Project Coordination
Center and Royal Thai Armed Forces Headquarters Security By using the principles to
drive the philosophy of the sufficiency economy into practice in 3 steps : Step 1 :
learn the philosophy of the sufficiency economy in order to fully understand it; in
order to see the value and to have faith in applying this philosophy to real practice
Through lectures and meetings to exchange knowledge together. Step 2 All sectors
must work together to drive philosophy into practice. from the household level to
the national level There are clear activities together continuously and the third step,
the philosophy of sufficiency economy is to be used as a basis for continuous living
on a regular basis. in order to instill it as part of the lifestyle and culture of the Thai ค
people The recommendations are divided into 3 approaches : 1. Policy-oriented,
2. Operational level, and 3. For further research. Research should be encouraged to
develop exhibitions to better respond to the interests of youth. by collecting
statistics of users who use the service And analyze the needs to be suitable further.ง
