The objective of this research is as follows: 1) To study the principles of
the 20-year national strategic plan that can be used as a guideline for developing the
capabilities of Provincial Police Region 2 2) To examine the strengths and weaknesses
of Provincial Police Region 2 in implementing the strategies of the 20-year national
strategic plan. 3) To propose a development plan for Provincial Police Region 2 that
aligns with the 20-year national strategic plan. This study applies the Smart Safety
Zone 4. 0 project in the areas of Provincial Police Region 2 The target groups for this
research are police officers holding supervisory positions at the provincial level, police
officers in leadership positions at various police stations within Provincial Police Region
2 The study collects data through lessons extracted from sub-group meetings and indepth interviews, focusing on important issues and significant activities in their
operations.
The research findings reveal that implementing the Smart Safety Zone 4.0
project in Provincial Police Region 2 can contribute to the modernization and
excellence of the police organization. To achieve this, there needs to be a budget plan
for implementation with the involvement of local or central governing bodies. This will
drive the project efficiently and ensure that the people benefit the most from it
The results of the study include recommendations, which are as follows:1)
Developing efficient acceptance and utilization of technology among personnel. 2)
Adequate budget allocation or allocation from other government departments to
ensure the effective implementation of the project and the highest possible benefit
to the public.ค
