การวิจัยในครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค
เพื่อศึกษา ทบทวน สภาพแวดล/อมภายในและภายนอกองค

กระบวนการบริหารจัดการเฉพาะของบริษัท อู3กรุงเทพ จํากัด เปรียบเทียบกับแนวคิดและทฤษฎีที่เกี่ยวข/อง เพื่อ

ประเด็นป8ญหา อุปสรรคและข/อขัดข/องต3างๆ ที่ทําให/การดําเนินธุรกิจไม3สามารถบรรลุตามวัตถุประสงค

ผลการวิจัยพบว3า บริษัทฯ สมควรปรับเปลี่ยนภารกิจของบริษัทฯ เน/นด/านการปCองกันประเทศ โดยมี
วัตถุประสงค
หลัก ๔ ประการ ประกอบด/วย ๑.) กระบวนการต3างๆ ในการดําเนินธุรกิจหลัก โดยเฉพาะใน
อุตสาหกรรมปCองกันประเทศและการพัฒนาธุรกิจอื่น สามารถเพิ่มรายได/และปกปCองผลประโยชน
ของชาติได/อย3างมี
ประสิทธิภาพ ๒.) กระบวนการพัฒนาการปฏิบัติงานและการผลิต สามารถทําให/มีประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงาน ๓.)
ทรัพยากรบุคคลและระบบทุนมนุษย
ได/รับการพัฒนาให/มีศักยภาพสูง เป<นไปตามหลักธรรมาภิบาล และ รับผิดชอบ
ต3อสังคมและสิ่งแวดล/อม ๔.) มีความสัมพันธ
ที่ดีต3อคู3ค/าและพันธมิตรทางการค/า รวมถึง มีการร3วมลงทุนหรือ
ประกอบกิจการร3วมเพื่อเพิ่มขีดความสามารถในการแข3งขัน จากวัตถุประสงค
ดังกล3าว สามารถกําหนดเป<นนโยบาย
หลักได/ ๗ นโยบาย รวมทั้ง นํามาเชื่อมโยงและกําหนดเป<นมาตรการเฉพาะ รวมทั้ง ป8จจัยความสําเร็จ ได/รวมทั้งสิ้น
๑๘ มาตรการ และ ๓๓ ป8จจัยความสําเร็จ ตามลําดับ จากผลการวิจัยดังกล3าว กระทรวงกลาโหม และ กองทัพเรือ
ในฐานะที่ทําหน/าที่กํากับดูแลการดําเนินกิจการของบริษัทฯ จะต/องให/ความสําคัญ และ สนับสนุนการปรับเปลี่ยน
ภารกิจของบริษัทฯ รวมไปถึง งบประมาณที่ใช/ในการดําเนินงานไปสู3การดําเนินธุรกิจด/านอุตสาหกรรมปCองกัน
ประเทศ ไปผลิตเพื่อใช/ในด/านความมั่นคงของประเทศ โดยดําเนินการร3วมกับสถาบันเทคโนโลยีปCองกันประเทศ
สถาบันวิจัย และ สถาบัน การศึกษา ที่มีความสนใจและประสงค

ABSTRACT
Title Development and improved management strategies of state
enterprise under the Ministry of Defenses.

The research in this episode Aimed to review the internal and external
environment and the management of Bangkok Dock (1957), Co. Ltd. comparison with
theory and concepts involved. In order to analyze the issues various obstacles and
objections which make the operation cannot achieve the objectives set. Guidelines
on the development and improvement of the management system and determine
the appropriate policy measures in a strategic and critical success factors. In the study
review and analysis of the management of the group, Corporate Management,
Systems Resource management, Business Administration and Marketing purposes
only. A qualitative study, the study will collect and analyze information from texts,
Reference Guide, Official documents, Electronic media and Expert interviews to define
a strategy for the development and improvement of management systems. To lead
the practice, the results showed that the company should change the mission of the
company. Focus defenses the 4 main objectives: 1.) Processes. In the core business
particularly in the defense industry and other business developments to increase
revenue and protect its national interests effectively 2.) Process development and
manufacturing operations can be effective in practice, 3) Human resources and
human capital has been developed to have high potential on the basis of good
governance, social responsibility and the environment 4.) Have a good relationship
with suppliers and partners, including a joint venture or joint operation to increase
capacity and competition from the above purposes. Policies can be defined as the
seven major policies, including the links and determine the specific measures and
success factors. The specific measures have totaled 18 and 33 respectively for their
success factors such research. Ministry of Defense and Navy as oversees the ๒
operations of the company will be featured and supports the modification of the
company, including the budget for the operation to the leading defense industry. To
manufacturers for use in the field of national security, In co-operation with the
Defense Technology Institute and the Academies who are interested and wish to join
the research and development of defense technology.
