เรื่อง การรับรู้ต่อค่านิยมหลัก ๑๒ ประการของนักเรียนเตรียมทหาร

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาวิธีการปลูกฝังค่านิยมหลัก ๑๒ ประการของ
โรงเรียนเตรียมทหาร รวมถึงระดับการรับรู้ต่อค่านิยมหลัก ๑๒ ประการของนักเรียนเตรียมทหาร เพื่อ
เป็นข้อมูลในการพัฒนาการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียนเตรียมทหารให้สอดคล้องกับนโยบายของรัฐบาลที่
ต้องการสร้างพื้นฐานที่เข็มแข็งของประเทศไทย ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลใช้แบบสอบถามการรับรู้ต่อ
ค่านิยมหลักของคนไทย ๑๒ ประการของนักเรียนเตรียมทหารจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างจ านวนทั้งสิ้น ๓๖๐ นาย
ประกอบด้วยนักเรียนเตรียมทหารชั้นปีที่ ๑ ชั้นปีที่ ๒ และชั้นปีที่ ๓ ประจ าปีการศึกษา ๒๕๕๗ จ านวน
ชั้นปีละ ๑๒๐ นาย จากการวิจัยพบว่า นักเรียนเตรียมทหารทั้ง ๓ ชั้นปี มีการรับรู้ต่อการปลูกฝัง
ค่านิยมหลัก ๑๒ ประการของโรงเรียนเตรียมทหารอยู่ในระดับมากถึงมากที่สุด วิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบ
การรับรู้ต่อค่านิยมหลัก ๑๒ ประการของนักเรียนเตรียมทหารระหว่างชั้นปีและระหว่างเหล่า พบว่า
การรับรู้การปลูกฝังค่านิยมหลักของคนไทย ๑๒ ประการส่วนใหญ่ไม่แตกต่างกัน ยกเว้น ด้านมีระเบียบ
วินัย เคารพกฎหมาย ผู้น้อยรู้จักการเคารพผู้ใหญ่ระหว่างชั้นปีที่ ๑ และชั้นปีที่ ๓ มีความแตกต่างกัน
อย่างมีนัยส าคัญทางสถิติ (α = ๐.๐๕) และการรับรู้การปลูกฝังค่านิยมหลักด้านรักษาวัฒนธรรม
ประเพณีไทยอันงดงาม ระหว่างนักเรียนเตรียมทหารเหล่าทหารอากาศ กับ นักเรียนเตรียมทหารเหล่า
ต ารวจ มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยส าคัญทางสถิติ (α =๐.๐๕)

ABSTRACT
Title Pre-cadets’ perception of the 12 core values for the Thai people

The purpose of this research is to study how to instill the 12 core values into
the pre-cadets of the Armed Forces Academies Preparatory School (AFAPS) and to
study if the seniority of the pre-cadets and their different branch of Service affects the
degree of their understanding of the 12 core values. The research results will be used
to provide essential guidelines for improving the school curriculum improvement in
alignment with the current government’s policy to implement the 12 core values.
Therefore, pre-cadets will be able to achieve the national goal of building Thailand
into a stronger nation.
The results from this research is based on the answers to the questionnaires
given to the population samples of 360 pre-cadets from year 1,2,and 3 (120 pre-cadets
from each year) in academic year 2014. Overall, the study shows that all the pre-cadets
from different years and Services have obtained understanding almost all the core
values relatively at the same degree, except for Maintaining discipline, respectful of
laws and the elderly and seniority. Regarding, the study reveals that pre-cadets from
year one and year three have different views and the variation is statistically significant
(α=0.05). Likewise, Air Force pre-cadets and Police pre-cadets have different views on
Treasuring cherished Thai traditions and the variation is statistically significant (α=0.05).
