จากสภาวะเศรษฐกิจในปัจจุบันที่มีสภาพหนี้สินในครัวเรือนเพิ่มสูงขึ้น จึงทำให้กำลังพลในส่วน
ของกรมการเงินทหารเรือมีความยากลำบากในความเป็นอยู่ในภาวะเศรษฐกิจปัจจุบัน ซึ่งเป็นผลทำให้
กำลังพลในส่วนของกรมการเงินทหารเรือได้ก่อหนี้สิน ทั้งที่มีความจำเป็นต่อความเป็นอยู่และหนี้สินที่ไม่ก่อ
รายได้หรือการดำรงชีพ เช่น การก่อหนี้นำไปใช้ในสิ่งที่ฟุ่มเฟือย การติดสุรา การติดการพนัน และอื่น ๆ ซึ่งก่อ
ผลเสียต่อการดำรงชีพของกำลังพลและมีผลกระทบต่อการปฏิบัติงานในหน้าที่ โดยอาจจะส่งผลเสียต่อ
การปฏิบัติงานทำให้ประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานไม่เป็นไปตามเป้า ด้วยเหตุนี้ผู้วิจัยจึงอยากจะศึกษาในเรื่อง
แนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาหนี้สินของกำลังพลในกองทัพไทย โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อหาแนวทางแก้ไขหนี้สินของ
กำลังพลในส่วนของกรมการเงินทหารเรือ การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบเชิงคุณภาพ โดยการสังเกตและการ
เรียกสัมภาษณ์สอบถามปัญหาในการก่อหนี้สินที่เกิดกับกำลังพลของหน่วยกรมการเงินทหารเรือ
โดยผลจากการศึกษาพบว่า กำลังส่วนใหญ่ขาดความดุลพินิจ ความยับยั่งชั่งใจ ในการปฏบัติ
ตนเองในการดำเนินชีวิตอย่างพอเพียง ซึ่งกำลังพลภายใต้การบังคับบัญชามีการกู้หนี้ยืมสินเป็นจำนวนมาก
ซึ่งมีจำนวนไม่น้อยที่เงินไม่พอใช้จ่ายกับการดำรงชีพ จึงทำให้ประสบปัญหาหลาย ๆ ด้านตามมา รวมถึง
ประสิทธภาพในการทำงานของหน่วยด้วย โดยส่วนใหญ่จะก่อหนี้สินที่ไม่จำเป็น สนองตัณหาของตนเอง
ก่อหนี้เพื่ออำนวยความสบายให้ตนเอง โดยที่ไม่นึกถึงผลที่ตามมา ทำให้เกิดการขาดสภาพคล่องทาง
การเงินและเป็นผลทำให้มีปัญหาอื่น ๆ ตามมาในหลายๆ ด้าน ในทุกมิติ ซึ่งข้อเสนอแนะในแนวทางการ
แก้ไขปัญหาหนี้สินของหน่วยเองนั้น ควรให้กำลังพลนำหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงมาใช้ในการดำเนิน
ชีวิตประจำ ถ้าทำตามแนวทางได้นั้น ก็จะเกิดผลดีต่อประเทศชาติตามมาภายหลัง ซึ่งจะสอดคล้องกับการ
แก้ไขปัญหาเศรษฐกิจในระดับชาติและเป็นการแก้ไขปัญหาในระดับฐานรากของเศรษฐกิจในประเทศ
จะเป็นผลดีและส่งผลต่อการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจของชาติให้มั่นคง เข้มแข็งและยั่งยืนต่อไป

command have borrowed a lot of debt Which there is a considerable amount that the
money is not sufficient for living As a result, there are many problems that follow,
including the efficiency in the operation of the unit. Most of them will incur unnecessary
debts. Satisfy their own lusts Incurring debt to comfort oneself Without thinking of the
consequences This causes the lack of financial liquidity and, as a result, there are other
problems that follow in many areas in all dimensions. The people should be able to
apply the sufficiency economy philosophy to their daily life. If you can follow the
guidelines Will produce good results for the nation afterwards This will be consistent
with solving national economic problems and solving problems at the foundational level
of the national economy. It will be a good result and affect the stable national
