ตามที่รัฐบาลได้สนับสนุนการพัฒนาศักยภาพกองทุนหมู่บ้านและชุมชนเมือง โดยจัดสรร
งบประมาณตามโครงการเพิ่มความเข้มแข็งของเศรษฐกิจฐานรากตามแนวทางประชารัฐ และโครงการ
เพิ่มศักยภาพหมู่บ้านและชุมชนเพื่อความเข้มแข็งของเศรษฐกิจฐานรากตามแนวทางประชารัฐ ให้กับ
กองทุนหมู่บ้านและชุมชนเมืองทั่วประเทศ ท าให้กองทุนหมู่บ้านฯ ได้มีโอกาสในการพัฒนากิจกรรม
ภายใต้กลไกประชารัฐของรัฐบาล เพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตให้กับประชาชนในหมู่บ้านและชุมชนมาก
ยิ่งขึ้น โดยเฉพาะกิจกรรมด้านการประกอบอาชีพ การผลิตสินค้าและบริการ ที่ช่วยขับเคลื่อน
เศรษฐกิจและส่งเสริมความเป็นอยู่ของประชาชนในหมู่บ้านและชุมชนให้ดีขึ้นเกิดผลิตผล ผลิตภัณฑ์
จากครัวเรือนในชุมชนและกิจกรรมการบริการรูปแบบต่างๆ ได้มีการลงทุนในโครงสร้างพื้นฐานและ
ด าเนินกิจกรรมที่เป็นประโยชน์ในการส่งเสริมศักยภาพในการประกอบอาชีพในชุมชน เกิดผลส าเร็จ
บรรลุตามวัตถุประสงค์ของโครงการที่ก าหนดในเบื้องต้น ในการนี้ จึงเห็นควรให้มีการสนับสนุนเงินทุน
เพื่อต่อยอดโครงการเดิม หรือสนับสนุนส่งเสริมการพัฒนาหมู่บ้านและชุมชน และยกระดับคุณภาพ
ชีวิตของประชาชน เพื่อลดความเหลื่อมล้ าด้วยการให้โอกาสประชาชนบริหารจัดการและพัฒนา
หมู่บ้านและชุมชนด้วยทรัพยากร ภูมิปัญญา และการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน โดยสนับสนุนการประกอบ
อาชีพเพื่อสร้างอาชีพ สร้างงาน สร้างรายได้ และสร้างการพัฒนา อย่างยั่งยืนโดยศาสตร์พระราชา
ด้วยความร่วมมือของทุกภาคส่วนตามแนวทางประชารัฐ โดยสนับสนุนเงินทุนให้แก่กองทุนหมู่บ้าน
และชุมชนเมือง ผ่านส านักงานกองทุนหมู่บ้านและชุมชนเมืองแห่งชาติ(สทบ.) พื่อสนับสนุนการพัฒนา
และยกระดับกองทุนหมู่บ้านและชุมชนเมืองให้มีความมั่นคง อันจะน าไปสู่การพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนของ
กองทุนหมู่บ้านและชุมชนเมือง และประเทศชาติต่อไป

Since the government has supported the capacity building of village and
urban funds by allocating the budget according to the foundation economic
strengthening project in accordance with the civil state guidelines, and the village
and community capacity setting project to strengthen the foundation economy
according to the civil state guidelines for village and urban funds nationwide, the
village funds have the opportunity to develop activities under the civil-state
mechanism of the government to improve the quality of life for people in the village
and the community even more especially occupational activities Production of goods
and services That drive the economy and promote the well-being of the people in
the village and the community
Household products in the community and various service activities have
been invested in infrastructure and been conducted to beneficial activities to
promote career potential in the community, achieving the preliminary objectives of
the project.
In this regard, there should be funding support to extend the existing
project or support and promote village and community development, and improve
the quality of lives of the people to decrease inequality by giving people
opportunities to manage and develop villages and communities with resources.
Wisdom and community participating by supporting careers to create
careers, create jobs, generate incomes and create sustainable development by the
King’s science with the cooperation of all sectors according to the civil state
guidelines by supporting funds to village and urban funds through the National
Village and Urban Community Fund (TAMC) to support the development and raise
the village and urban community fund to be stable. This will lead to the sustainable
development of village, urban funds, and the nation.
