การศึกษาในคร้ังน้ีมีวตัถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการ
ป้องกนัการเกิดอาชญากรรม ศึกษาหาความสัมพนัธ์ระหว่างปัจจยัส่วนบุคคลของประชาชนกบั
ระดบั ของการมีส่วนร่วมในการป้องกนั อาชญากรรม และเพื่อส่งเสริมสนับสนุนให้ประชาชน
ในพ้ืนที่มีส่วนร่วมในการป้องกนัอาชญากรรมมากยิ่งข้ึน และหาแนวทางมาตรการแกไ้ขเพื่อนา
ผลการวิจัยที่ได้มาก าหนดนโยบายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการป้องกันและปราบปรามอาชญากรรม
ซ่ึงพบว่าด้านการให้ความร่วมมือกบั เจา้หน้าที่ของรัฐในภาพรวมประชาชนให้ความสนใจและ
สามารถลดปัญหาดา้นอาชญากรรมในพ้ืนที่ไดจ้ริง อาทิการให้ความร่วมมือกบั เจา้หนา้ที่ตา รวจ
ในการตรวจค้นบ้านเรือนของผูท้ ี่ต้องสงสัยว่าได้กระท าความผิด เพื่อท าการจับกุมตัว หรื อ
ตรวจยดึสิ่งของที่ผิดกฎหมายการไกล่เกลี่ย หรือการประนีประนอมขอ้ พิพาทในความผดิเล็กนอ้ย
หรือความผิดที่ยอมความได้ที่เกิดข้ึนระหว่างประชาชนในหมู่บ้านที่อาศัย และเคยได้รับ
การฝึ กอบรม หรือเขา้ร่วมกิจกรรมของเจา้หน้าที่บา้นเมืองในเรื่องที่เกี่ยวกบัการป้องกนั โจรผูร้้าย
และการให้ความร่วมมือในการเป็นพยานกับเจ้าหน้าที่ต ารวจ เพื่อน าตัวผู้กระท าความผิด
มาลงโทษ ท้งัน้ีในด้านการป้องกนั ทรัพยส์ ิน ภาพรวมพบว่าการมีส่วนร่วมช่วยป้องกนั ปัญหา
อาชญากรรมได้รวมถึงการแนะนา ให้เพื่อนบา้น และคนในครอบครัวส ารวจความเรียบร้อยก่อน
ออกจากบ้าน และชักชวนเพื่อนบ้าน และคนในครอบครัวให้เข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในการป้องกัน
ทรัพย์สิน รวมท้งั การแจ้งข่าวสาร พบว่าประชาชนกล้าที่จะแจ้งเจา้หน้าที่ตา รวจให้ทราบถึง
เบาะแสในการกระผิดของคนร้าย แจ้งข่าวอาชญากรรม และพร้อมที่จะแจ้งข่าวสารความ
เคลื่อนไหวในชุมชนให้เจ้าหน้าที่ต ารวจทราบได้เป็นอย่างดีตลอดจนการสนับสนุนการ
ปราบปราม พบว่าการให้กา ลงัใจเจา้หน้าที่ตา รวจในการป้องกนั และปราบปรามอาชญากรรม
ในชุมชน ให้เจ้าหน้าที่ต ารวจใช้ยานพาหนะในการออกตรวจตราพ้ืนที่ เพื่อป้องกันและ
ปราบปรามอาชญากรรมในชุมชน และเขา้ร่วมกิจกรรมที่เกี่ยวขอ้งกบัการป้องกนั และปราบปราม
อาชญากรรมในชุมชน

Title : Strategies of Participation of Citizen and Police in Crime Reduction

The research objectives are : 1. Study the implementation of the crime reduction
strategy, 2. Study the participation of people in reducing crime, and 3. Study performance and
effectiveness of the implementation of the strategy of participation of people with the police in
reducing crime. To use the research results to formulate policies related to crime prevention and
suppression. It was found that in cooperation with government officials as a whole, the public paid
