The objective of this research paper is to conduct a study on the development of information
technology model to support two-way education. The research emphasis is on (a) situation and problem
solving of information technology to support education; (b) model development for information
technology to support educational purposes; (c) propose suitable approaches to implementing the
appropriate information technology model for education; and (d) up-scaling the final information
technology model to national level application. The study focuses on the usage of qualitative methods to thoroughly analyze both high-quality
secondary databases. Individual and group interviews will also be conducted with specific personnel in
charge of information technology development for two-way education within the Supreme Commander
Office. After applying quantitative analysis methods to all available data, the Triangular test will be
conducted.
As a conclusive summary, the results will lead to the application of constructing the information
technology model to support two-way education and recommend suitable approaches to promoting the
educational standards for the Supreme Commander Office.
