เอกสารวิจัยฉบับนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาแนวความคิด องค์ความรู้ และ
ประสบการณ์ ในการนํา เทคโนโลยีสื่อสารเครือข่ายไร้สาย ระบบ 5G เพื่อนํามาใช้ในทางการแพทย์
และช่วยเหลือชีวิตมนุษย์และเพื่อเสนอโมเดลนวัตกรรมการทํางานของเทคโนโลยีสื่อสารเครือข่าย
ไร้สาย ระบบ 5G พร้อมอุปกรณ์ช่วยเหลือผู้ประสบอุบัติเหตุฉุกเฉิน สําหรับใช้ในรถพยาบาล
ฉุกเฉิน ขอบเขตของการวิจัยด้านเนื้อหา เน้นการศึกษาวิเคราะห์การให้บริการทางการแพทย์ใน
รูปแบบของ โทรเวชกรรม (Telemedicine)และรูปแบบในการนําเทคโนโลยีสื่อสารเครือข่ายไร้สาย
ระบบ 5G เข้ามาใช้ในรถพยาบาลฉุกเฉินเท่านั้
น วิธีดําเนินการวิจัยเป็ นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยการ
รวบรวมข้อมูลปฐมภูมิ จากการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก ส่วนข้อมูลทุติยภูมิ มาจากการศึกษาตําราและ
เอกสารต่าง ๆ รวมถึง ข้อมูลอิเล็กทรอนิกส์
ผลจากการศึกษา พบว่าการนําเทคโนโลยีสื่อสารเครื อข่ายไร้สาย ระบบ 5G มาใช้
ประกอบอุปกรณ์ในรถพยาบาลฉุกเฉิน ช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการทํางานในการลดอัตราการ
เสียชีวิตของผู้ป่ วยฉุกเฉินได้ ช่วยเพิ่
มประสิทธิภาพให้แพทย์ฉุกเฉินคนหนึ่งสามารถช่วยชีวิตผู้ป่ วย
ได้มากกว่าเดิม โดยเจ้าหน้าที่ประจํารถพยาบาลสามารถปรึกษาอาการกับแพทย์ที่โรงพยาบาลปลาย
ทางผ่านระบบการสื่อสารด้วยภาพและเสียงแบบต่อเนื่อง (real time) สามารถช่วยรักษาอาการ
เบื้องต้น ลดอัตราการเสียชีวิตระหว่างนําผู้ป่ วยส่งโรงพยาบาลได้ทันท่วงที ขณะเดียวกัน ทางทีม
แพทย์ที่โรงพยาบาลปลายทางก็สามารถเตรียมการรักษาได้แบบตรงอาการด้วย นอกจากนี้ ยัง
พบว่า เรื่องของ “TeleHealth” ที่อาศัยการสื่อสารเครือข่ายไร้สายระบบ 5G เชื่อมต่อกับผู้ป่ วยซึ่ง
อยู่ในพื้นที่ห่างไกล ให้สื่อสารกับผู้ดูแลผู้ป่ วยได้ สิ่งที่สําคัญที่สุดคือความครอบคลุมของสัญญาณ
ความกว้างของสัญญาณ และปราศจากสัญญาณรบกวน และใช้อุปกรณ์ในรถพยาบาลสําหรับการ
รักษา ดูแลผู้ป่ วยแบบ Live-Streaming ทําให้สามารถสื่อสารกับคนไข้ได้ตลอดเวลาแบบเรียลไทม์
และติดตั้
ง VR เพื่อสนับสนุนการแพทย์ระยะไกล

Abstract
Title Innovation of bringing in wireless communication network (5G) to be used in
the Ambulance car for reducing the number of deaths caused by accidents.

The research has two objectives; they are tostudy concepts, knowledges and experiences in
bringing the 5th generation technologyof wireless communication network(5G) into the medical services
and human life saving, and to propose medical model innovation of the working of 5G technology with
life-saving healthcare tech installed inambulance car forhelpingemergency accident patients.Scope of
the research is divided into contents scope of emphasizing the analysis of medical services within the
telemedicine only and model of utilizing 5G technologies in ambulance car to save the emergency
accident patients’ life. The methodology, research utilizes qualitative research procedure as follows: data
collection methods for those primary data conducted through in-depth interviews and for those secondary
data managed by studying of relevant texts and documents including electronics data sources.
The research’s results are: modern technology such as the 5G technology has vastly
assisted the working efficiency in reducing losses of emergency patients’ life, increasing one emergency
doctor’ s ability being able to take care of many patients through channel that officials in ambulance car
can consult on-duty doctor at hospital about patients’ illness through the system of communication
showing real time sight and audio that assist heal primary illnesses, decrease losses of life during the way
of transporting patients to hospital on time. Meanwhile, team doctors at the hospital can prepare the
proper treatment correctly to the patients’ illness conditions. In addition “TeleHealth” basically using 5G
technology of wireless of communication network can support the remote medication. Under the medical
principle, the vital things are the signals’ coverage, width and no jamming, as well as using the
ambulance car‘s medical equipment for healing and by way of live-streaming typical assist support the
communication with patients continuously. The 5G technology is apparently suitable to real-time
streaming and VR (virtual reality) installment for distant medication.
