เรื่อง การพัฒนาศักยภาพในสายการผลิตด้านอุตสาหกรรมป้องกันประเทศ
ของกระทรวงกลาโหมโดยใช้เทคโนโลยีปัญญาประดิษฐ์

การส่งเสริมการลงทุนภาครัฐเพื่อกระตุ้นและดึงดูดนักลงทุนเข้ามาลงทุนในประเทศ
รัฐบาลได้มีการก าหนดมาตรการและนโยบายด้านต่างๆ โดยมุ่งเน้นอุตสาหกรรมเพื่อการพัฒนาและ
ปรับเปลี่ยนโครงสร้างเศรษฐกิจไปสู่ เศรษฐกิจที่ขับเคลื่อนด้วยนวัตกรรม ตามนโยบาย Thailand
๔.๐ ซึ่งอุตสาหกรรมป้องกันประเทศนับว่าเป็น S-Curve ล าดับที่ 11 ที่มุ่งเน้นให้เกิดการขับเคลื่อน
พัฒนา และ ต่อยอด ในการสร้างความมั่นคงโดยมีเป้าหมายในการผลิตยุทโธปกรณ์ที่ใช้ในการป้องกัน
ประเทศในการศึกษาวิจัยในครั้งนี้ ผู้วิจัยจึงมีความประสงค์ที่จะศึกษาแนวทางและประเมินความพร้อม
ของกระทรวงกลาโหมในการน าเทคโนโลยีปัญญาประดิษฐ์มาใช้โรงงานด้านการอุตสาหกรรมป้องกัน
ประเทศของกระทรวงกลาโหม ตลอดจนเสนอแนวทางในการพัฒนาศักยภาพโรงงานด้านอุตสาหกรรม
ป้องกันประเทศเพื่อของกระทรวงกลาโหมด้วยเทคโนโลยีปัญญาประดิษฐ์โดยมีเป้าหมายส าคัญเพื่อเพิ่ม
ประสิทธิภาพการผลิตลดต้นทุน ยืดอายุการใช้งานของเครื่องจักร บริหารจัดการห่วงโซ่อุปทาน
ควบคุมคุณภาพและความปลอดภัย เทคโนโลยีปัญญาประดิษฐ์สามารถเข้ามาควบคุม และเรียนรู้
ในระบบ machine learning ของเครื่องจักร หรือหุ่นยนต์อุตสาหกรรม เพื่อให้เกิดการเรียนรู้
อย่างรวดเร็วในการท างานร่วมกับมนุษย์ และลดโอกาสในการเกิดอุบัติเหตุภายในโรงงาน
การศึกษาวิจัยในครั้งนี้ ผู้วิจัยจึงมีความประสงค์ที่จะศึกษาแนวทางในการน า
เทคโนโลยีปัญญาประดิษฐ์มาใช้โรงงานด้านการอุตสาหกรรมป้องกันประเทศของกระทรวงกลาโหม
โดยจะรวบรวมข้อมูลวิวัฒนาการของเทคโนโลยีประเภทนี้ ตลอดจนการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยี
ในภาคอุตสาหกรรมทั่วไป ทั้งภายในประเทศ และ ต่างประเทศ รวมทั้งอุตสาหกรรมป้องกันประเทศ
ที่เริ่มมีการด าเนินการในต่างประเทศ เพื่อน ามาวิเคราะห์ความเป็นไปได้ในการด าเนินการและใช้เป็น
ข้อมูลในการพิจารณาต่อไป

Abstract
Title : Developing capacity in the defense industry production line of the
Ministry of Defense using artificial intelligence technology

Promoting public investment in order to stimulate and attract investors
to invest in the country, the government has established various measures and
policies. By focusing on the industry for development and adjustment of the
economic structure, the economy is driven by innovation in accordance with the
Thailand 4.0 policy, which the national defense industry is the 11th S-Curve that
focuses on driving, developing, and further strengthening security with the goal of
producing defense equipment. In this research study, the researcher also wishes to
study the guidelines and assess the readiness of the Ministry of Defense in using
artificial intelligent technology in the defense industry factory of the Ministry of
Defense. As well as proposing methods to develop the capacity of the defense
industry in the Ministry of Defense with artificial intelligent technology. The important
goals are to increase production efficiency, reduce costs and extend the service life
of the machine. The supply chain management quality and safety control of Artificial
intelligence technology can take over and learn in the machine learning system of
the machine or industrial robots in order to achieve rapid learning in working with
humans and reduce the chance of accidents within the factory
According to This research study, the researcher intends to study
guidelines for the application of artificial intelligence technology to the defense
industry of the Ministry of Defense. It collects information about the evolution of this
type of technology. As well as the application of technology in general industrial
sectors Both domestically and internationally, as well as in the defense industry that
has started operations in foreign countries to analyze the feasibility of the operation
and use as information for further consideration.
