จากสถานการณ์ปัจจุบนั ที่ทวั่ โลกมีการตื่นตวัในการปรับเปลี่ยนกระบวนการผลิตจาก
แบบเดิมไปสู่ยุคอุตสาหกรรม 4.0 (Industry 4.0) เพื่อเพิ่มความสามารถในการแข่งขนั ทางธุรกิจ ซ่ึง
ประเทศไทยก็อยใู่ นข้นั ตอนการพฒั นาและเปลี่ยนแปลงยกระดบั เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการดา เนิน
ธุรกิจ ดงัน้นั เพื่อเป็นการเตรียมความพร้อมดงักล่าว จึงจา เป็นตอ้งพฒั นาบุคลากรให้มีความเขา้ใจ
และประเมินระดับความพร้อมตามเกณฑ์อุตสาหกรรม 4.0 (Industry 4.0 Assessment) รวมถึง
สามารถให้คา แนะน าแนวทางในการปรับปรุงงาน โดยการน าเทคโนโลยีใหม่ๆมาใช้เพื่อปิด
ช่องว่าง (close gap) ระหว่างสภาพปัจจุบันกับเป้าหมายที่ต้องการ เพื่อการก้าวข้ึนไปสู่การเป็น
ผู้ประกอบการในยุคอุตสาหกรรม 4.0ได้อยา่ งเตม็รูปแบบ
งานวิจยัน้ีเป็นงานวิจยัเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative Research) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา
โครงสร้าง รูปแบบ ปัจจยัและอุปสรรครวมท้งัวิเคราะห์ปัญหาในการยกระดบัของผปู้ ระกอบการ
วสิาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดยอ่ มตามแนวทางอุตสาหกรรม 4.0โดยน าเสนอแนวทางการประเมิน
สถานะความพร้อมตลอดห่วงโซ่อุปทาน (Supply Chain) ตามหลักเกณฑ์อุตสาหกรรม 4.0และ
แนวทางการพฒั นาต่อยอดที่เหมาะสมกบัการนา มาปรับใช้เป็นการยกระดบัความสามารถในการ
แข่งขนั ของผูป้ ระกอบการวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อม การศึกษาดงักล่าวจะเริ่มจากแนว
ทางการส่งเสริมอุตสาหกรรมขนาดกลางและขนาดยอ่ มตามแผนพฒั นาเศรษฐกิจและสังคมแห่งชาติ
ในปัจจุบนั แผนการส่งเสริมผูป้ ระกอบการ ปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการดา เนินการ ซ่ึงรวมถึงการ
ด าเนินการในระดับนานาชาติ น ามาวิเคราะห์เพื่อเสนอแนะแนวทางในการปรับปรุงการด าเนินการ
ของผปู้ ระกอบการวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อม รวมท้งันา รูปแบบการประเมินดงักล่าวเพื่อ
สัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกต่อวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อม (SMEs) ตวัอย่างในอุตสาหกรรมภาคการ
ผลิตขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมของประเทศไทยที่มีศกัยภาพ จนสามารถกา หนดเป็นกรอบการ
ด าเนิน การประเมินระดับความพร้อมตามเกณฑ์อุตสาหกรรม 4.0 (Industry 4.0 Assessment) ที่
สามารถนา ไปขยายผลในการปฏิบตัิสา หรับภาคธุรกิจอื่นๆ ต่อไปได้

According to the current situation, many companies around the world are aware of
the changes of production processes from old era to be Industry 4.0 era to increase the ability of
business competitiveness, Thailand is also in the process of development and transform to
increase our efficiency of business operations. Therefore, it is necessary to prepare and develop
our people’s capabilities to understand and get readiness in accordance with Industry 4.0
Assessment criteria, including capable to advise any suggestion on process improvement with
new technology in order to close the gap between the current condition and the desired target by
taking advantage of the Industry 4.0.
This research is a qualitative research. The objectives are to study the structure,
form, factors and obstacles of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Thailand. Whereupon the
problems of levelling up of entrepreneurs of small and medium enterprises are also analysed
according to Industry 4.0 guidelines. Moreover, this research is presented the guidelines for
assessing the status of readiness throughout the supply chain in accordance with Industry 4.0
guidelines for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), including development guidelines for
appropriate implementation to enhance the business competitiveness of Small and Medium
Enterprises (SMEs).
Starting with the study of current supporting program according to the National
Economic and Social Development Plan, Small and Medium Enterprise Entrepreneurship
Promotion Plan, problems and obstacles in current operations as well as international assessment
program. Then analysed and recommended the appropriate process of the Industry 4.0
Assessment. The in-depth interviews with selected Small and Medium enterprise in
manufacturing industry sector was also conducted. Eventually, the Industry 4.0 Assessment
framework for evaluating readiness was defined which can be extended to practice for other
business sectors.
