Title : The Guideline of Missing Persons Tracking and Unidentified Persons
Identification Management According to International standard.

The purposes of this study were : 1. To study on management system of
Missing Persons Tracking and Unidentified Persons according to international standard.
2. To study the problems and obstacles to development of Missing Persons Tracking
3. To study the Guideline of development system of Missing Persons, Unclaimed Persons
and Unidentified Persons. The methodology of qualitative research and in-depth
interview. The result of this research shows on the management system such as The
procedure of Missing Persons Tracking along with the efficiency implementation of
management system.
The results indicated that the management of Missing Persons Tracking
and Unidentified Persons Identification Management According to International standard
must be prepared about work instruction such as appearance Guide, Fingerprint
Guide, DNA guide and photography Guide. There should be an international standard
system of ISO 9001:2015 to increase reliability of customers. In addition the international
standard of Missing Persons Tracking and Unidentified Persons such as The International
Organization for Standardization/The International Electrotechnical Commission :
ISO/IEC17025, ISO : 17020 and The American Society of Crime Laboratory Directors/
Laboratory Accreditation Board (ASCLD/LAB).
