จากสถานการณ์การก่อความไม่สงบในพ้ืนที่จงัหวดั ชายแดนภาคใต้ทหารนับเป็น
หน่วยก าลังทางยุทธศาสตร์ที่ส าคัญ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายให้ปฏิบัติการแก้ไขปัญหาการก่อความไม่
สงบในพ้ืนที่จงัหวดัชายแดนภาคใตใ้นทุกรูปแบบ จากการศึกษารูปแบบอาคารที่พักอาศัยของก าลัง
พลทหารในฐานปฏิบตัิการต่างๆ พบว่าส่วนใหญ่ เป็นลกั ษณะของอาคารชวั่ คราว ไม่มีมาตรฐาน
รูปแบบและการใช้วัสดุแตกต่างกันไป อาคารมีการเสื่อมสภาพ ผุพัง และไม่ถูกสุขลักษณะ ซึ่งมี
ผลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตของทหารที่พักอาศัยในฐานปฏิบัติการ โครงการวิจยัน้ีมีวตัถุประสงค์เพื่อ
ศึกษา และเสนอแนะแนวทาง ในการพัฒนาอาคารที่พักอาศัยของก าลังพลทหารตามฐานปฏิบัติการ
ในจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ โดยมีขอบเขตมุ่งเน้นในเรื่องของการปรับปรุงอาคารที่พักอาศัยในฐาน
ปฏิบัติการ ให้มีมาตรฐาน ปลอดภัย สะอาด ถูกสุขลักษณะ และสามารถน าไปใช้งานได้จริง เพื่อ
เพิ่มคุณภาพชีวิตของทหารที่ประจา อยใู่นฐานปฏิบตัิการต่างๆ ใหด้ีข้ึน
ผู้วิจัยได้ด าเนินการจัดท าต้นแบบมาตรฐานอาคารที่พักอาศัยส าหรับนายทหาร 6 คน
มีลักษณะเป็ นอาคารขนาดกว้าง 6.00 x 6.00 เมตร และด าเนินการออกแบบให้เป็ นลักษณะของ
อาคารที่พักอาศัยที่สามารถถอดประกอบได้ โดยเลือกใช้วัสดุชนิดต่างๆ ให้เหมาะสมกับการใช้งาน
แต่ละส่วน รวมท้งัดดัแปลงอาคารที่พกัอาศยัตน้ แบบดงักล่าว มาสร้างเป็นห้องน้า สา หรับทหาร
ขนาด 6.00x3.00 เมตร ประกอบดว้ยหอ้งน้า ภายในจา นวน 6 หอ้ง ซ่ึงผลงานวิจยัในภาพรวมน้นัถือ
ไดว้่าประสบผลสา เร็จตามวตัถุประสงคข์องงานวิจยั นอกจากน้ีจากการพฒั นาตน้ แบบมาตรฐาน
อาคารที่พักอาศัยดังกล่าว ยังสามารถพัฒนาออกแบบรูปแบบของอาคารให้มีความหลากหลาย
สามารถใช้เป็ นอาคารประเภทอื่นๆ ได้

ABSTRACT
Title Development of private soldiers’ accommodations at the operating bases in
the southern border provinces of Thailand

Due to the insurgency in the southern provinces of Thailand, military is the one of
important strategic troops which is assigned to involve and solve in these unrest area problems.
According to the investigation of temporary accommodations of private soldiers at the military
bases, most of the accommodations are impermanent and non-standard in terms of pattern and
material. Moreover, they are deteriorated, rundown, and unhealthful which influence to the
quality of life of those soldiers at the bases. The objective of this research is to investigate and
purpose a guideline to improve the private soldiers’ accommodations at the operating bases in the
southernmost provinces of Thailand. The scope of this study focuses on the improvement of the
accommodations at the bases specifically about standard, safety, and hygiene. Furthermore, the
improvement can be implemented in the actual conditions to enhance the quality of life of the
soldiers who work at the bases.
In this research, the prototype of standard accommodation for six soldiers was
developed. The dimension of prototype building is 6 x 6 m. and it was designed for remove and
reinstall construction. Moreover, material, which is used for construction, was properly selected
for each function of building. The prototype was also applied to be the restroom building which
dimension is 3 x 6 m. including 6 small restrooms inside. The result was evaluated that it
achieved the objective of this study and additionally the developed prototype can be applied to
use for other functional building.
