This research has aims to study the situation and mechanisms of law enforcement
and cooperation of child sex exploitation cases in Thailand and ASEAN countries. Researcher
would like to enhance well cooperation and develop guidance of prevention and suppression with
in Thailand and the region. The qualitative approach has been applied with deep interviewing
police officers in Anti-human trafficking division, social workers of Ministry of Social Development
and Human Security, Experts from Universities and NGOs’. The research result demonstrated
that Child Sex Exploitation tending much more serious within country and the region. Thailand
and ASEAN should implement capacity building program, increasing female investigator and
integrated agencies altogether including set up task-force to combat Child Sex Exploitation.
