งานวิจัยเรื่อง แนวทางการอนุรักษสงเสริมมวยไทยใหคงคุณคาอยางยั่งยืน มีวัตถุประสงค
เพื่อศึกษาความเป&นมาของมวยไทย ศึกษาสภาพป)ญหาสาเหตุ อุปสรรคและป)จจัยที่เกี่ยวของที่มีผลตอ
การดึงดูดความสนใจมวยไทยของคนไทยในมิติตาง ๆ และเพื่อเสนอแนะแนวทางการอนุรักษสงเสริมมวย
ไทยใหคงคุณคาอยางยั่งยืน โดยผูวิจัยไดรวบรวม ทบทวนและสังเคราะหงานวิจัยตาง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวของ ใชวิธี
วิจัยเชิงคุณภาพและการสัมภาษณเชิงลึกกับผูใหขอมูลที่เกี่ยวของกับวงการมวยไทย โดยนําขอมูลมา
วิเคราะหในเชิงเนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยสรุปไดดังนี้
มวยไทยเป&นมรดกทางวัฒนธรรมของชาติ เป&นกีฬาประจําชาติ เป&นศิลปะการตอสูที่มีการ
สืบสานและพัฒนามาอยางตอเนื่องยาวนาน และในป)จจุบันเป&นกีฬาอาชีพอยางเต็มตัวประเภทหนึ่ง ทั้ง
ยังไดรับความนิยมอยางแพรหลายไปสูประเทศตางๆ อีกดวย ป)ญหาสาเหตุและอุปสรรคที่มีผลตอการ
ดึงดูดความสนใจมวยไทย เกิดจากหลายป)จจัย ผูเกี่ยวของกับวงการมวยไทยบางคน เป&นผูทําใหกีฬามวย
ไทยมีจุดดางพรอย อันเป&นเหตุทําใหประชาชนเสื่อมความนิยมลง เนื่องจากคนเหลานี้ มุงแตจะหา
ผลประโยชนใหกับตนเอง ขาดการรวมมือรวมกันปรึกษาหารือเพื่อแกไขป)ญหาตาง ๆ ที่เกิดขึ้น โดย
ป)ญหาที่เป&นอุปสรรคในการพัฒนากีฬามวยไทยมีอยูเป&นประจํา เชน ป)ญหาดานการบริหารสนามมวย
ดานการจัดการแขงขันชกมวย ดานการตัดสินชี้ขาดมวย ดานผูฝ:กสอน และตัวนักมวย เหลานี้เป&นตน อีก
ทั้งมวยไทยอาชีพ กลายเป&นธุรกิจการคา และมีการเลนพนันมวยแพรกระจายมากขึ้น มีการจางลมมวย
ซึ่งเป&นเหตุที่ทําใหวงการมวยไทยตองเสื่อมโทรมลง
แนวทางการอนุรักษสงเสริมมวยไทยใหคงคุณคาอยางยั่งยืน สามารถดําเนินการโดยยึด
กรอบแนวคิด ไดโดย การสรางทัศนะคติที่ดีตอมวยไทยการสรางมาตรฐานมวยไทยการมีสวนรวม
สงเสริมดานการอนุรักษและพัฒนามวยไทยใหเป&นมรดกทางวัฒนธรรม และการสงเสริมศักยภาพ

Title Guidelines on Conservative Promotion Muay Thai to Maintain Sustainable Values

Research topic on “Guidelines on Conservative Promotion Muay Thai to
Maintain Sustainable Values” has the objective to study the history of Muay Thai,
study the problems and causes obstacles and related factors affecting Thai boxing
interest in Thai people in various dimensions and to propose guidelines for
conservation, promote Muay Thai to maintain sustainable values. The researcher
reviews and synthesizes relevant research works. This study uses qualitative research
methods and in-depth interviews with informants related to the Thai boxing industry
by using data to analyze content analysis. The results can be summarized as follows.
Muay Thai is a national cultural heritage, a national sport and a martial
art that has continued and developed continuously for a long time. Currently Muay
Thai is a professional sport and it is also widely popular in many countries. Problems
and obstacles that affect the attraction of Muay Thai are caused by many factors.
Some people involved in Muay Thai are the cause of Muay Thai sports with impurity
which becomes people to decline in popularity. Because these people aiming to find
benefits for themselves, lack of cooperation and consultation to resolve any
problems that arise. Problems that are obstacles to the development of Muay Thai
sports on a regular basis, such as management problems in the boxing field, boxing
competition, the judging of boxing, the coaches, and the boxers. In addition,
professional boxing become a business and there is more spread boxing gambling,
have to hire a boxing fighter which causes the Thai boxing industry to deteriorate.
Guideline on conservative promotion Muay Thai to maintain sustainable
values can proceed by adhering to the conceptual framework. This can be done by
creating a positive attitude towards Muay Thai, creating Thai boxing standardization,
participation to promote the conservation and develop Muay Thai as a cultural
heritage, and promotion of the potential of Muay Thai products.
