เรื่อง การศึกษาแนวทางการปองกันและปราบปรามยาเสพติดในพื้นที่ตํารวจภูธร

การศึกษาครั้งนี้ เป.นการศึกษาสถานการณ(การลักลอบค1ายาเสพติดในพื้นที่ตํารวจภูธร
ภาค 5 ในป2จจุบัน แนวทางการปองกันและปราบปรามยาเสพติดในพื้นที่ตํารวจภูธร ภาค 5 โดย
ผู1ศึกษามีวัตถุประสงค(ในการศึกษา เพื่อศึกษาสถานการณ( แนวทางการปองกันและปราบปราม
ยาเสพติดในพื้นที่ตํารวจภูธร ภาค 5 เพื่อเสนอแนะแนวทางในการดําเนินการให1ผู1มีหน1าที่ในการ
ปองกันและปราบปรามยาเสพติด ทํางานอย6างมีประสิทธิภาพ และมีเปาหมายในการปฏิบัติที่ชัดเจน
ผลการศึกษา พบว6า การจับกุมคดียาเสพติดในรอบป9ที่ผ6านมา ผลการจับกุมยาเสพติด
ในป9 2561 มีปริมาณเพิ่มขึ้นเมื่อเทียบกับป9 2559 และ 2560 แนวโน1มของการค1ายาเสพติด
ในป9 2562 และอนาคตมีแนวโน1มเพิ่มมากขึ้น โดยมีแนวทางการปองกันยาเสพติดในพื้นที่ตํารวจภูธร
ภาค 5 ประกอบด1วย การปองกันการแพร6ระบาดยาเสพติดในเด็ก เยาวชน สถานศึกษา และ
สถานประกอบการ สร1างหมู6บ1าน/ชุมชน เข1มแข็งปลอดภัยยาเสพติด แนวทางการปราบปราม
ยาเสพติดในพื้นที่ตํารวจภูธร ภาค 5 ประกอบด1วย การสกัดกั้นยาเสพติด สารตั้งต1น และเคมีภัณฑ(
ปราบปรามยาเสพติด การพัฒนาศักยภาพการปราบปราม ควบคุมพืชเสพติด ถึงแม1จะมีการกําหนด
แนวทางการแก1ไขป2ญหายาเสพติดไว1ในแผนยุทธศาสตร(การปองกันและแก1ไขป2ญหายาเสพติด พ.ศ.
2558-2562 แต6ในป2จจุบันยังพบป2ญหาข1อขัดข1องในการปองกันและปราบปรามยาเสพติด ได1แก6
ป2ญหาด1านทรัพยากร การวางแผนการปฏิบัติงาน ป2ญหาด1านการประสานงาน ป2ญหาด1านการยอมรับ
ป2จจัยการทํางานภายในองค(กรที่ส6งผลต6อแนวทางในการปองกันและปราบปรามยาเสพติด และ
จะต1องมีการพัฒนา หรือทบทวนให1เหมาะสมกับบริบทของสถานการณ(ยาเสพติดในแต6ละห1วงเวลา

This study is a study the situation of drug trafficking in the area of the
Provincial Police Region 5 at present. Guidelines for prevention and suppression of
narcotics in the Provincial Police Region 5, with the objective of education. To study
the situation Guidelines for the prevention and suppression of narcotics in the
Provincial Police Region 5 to propose guidelines for the implementation of drug
prevention and suppression authorities Work effectively and have clear operational
goals.
The study found that the arrest of drug cases in the past year. The
results of drug addiction in 2018 have increased when compared to 2016 and 2017.
The trend of drug trafficking in 2019 and the future tend to increase. With guidelines
for drug prevention in the Provincial Police Region 5, consisting of plans to prevent
narcotic epidemics in children, youth, schools and establishments plans to build
villages / communities Strong drug safety. Guidelines for the suppression of narcotics
in the Provincial Police Region 5 include: Drug interception program, precursor and
chemicals drug suppression program. Plan for potential suppression development
and drug control plan. Although there are guidelines for solving drug problems in the

Internal work factors that affect the guidelines for prevention and suppression of
narcotics and must be developed or reviewed to suit the context of the drug
situation in each time.
