โดยมีขอบเขตการให?บริการบํารุงรักษาเฉพาะอุปกรณ5เสริมในโรงไฟฟ า และจากการสุมสอบถามความ
คิดเห็นของกลุมเป าหมาย พบวามีความสนใจและมีความเปJนไปได?ในการแนะนําผู?อื่นมาใช?บริการ
อยางไรก็ตามงานวิจัยนี้เปJนการศึกษาในเบื้องต?น ยังต?องศึกษาความเปJนไปได?และความเหมาะสมเชิง
ลึก วิเคราะห5ผลกระทบทั้งทางบวกและทางลบ รวมทั้งผลกระทบด?านอื่นๆทั้งนี้จากการศึกษาเบื้องต?น
ของงานวิจัยเห็นวาในอนาคต กฟผ. สามารถนํารูปแบบการดําเนินธุรกิจแบบใหมพร?อมด?วย

Title The Study of Appropriation of New Business Model in Power Plant
Maintenance Business of Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand

According to the 20-Year National Strategy, the National Economic and
Social Development Plan and the Ministry of Energy Strategy, these strategies
emphasize on initiating and implementing technology and innovation, increasing
potentials to step up to the industry of the future with new technologies, and
developing the database management system, integrating and connecting data for
further usage. Therefore, this qualitative research was conducted to find the
appropriation of applying uberization business model to power plant maintenance
business of Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand. The aim of this study was to
examine the new business model by using the 9 Building Canvas of a Business
Model. The findings indicated that mobile application should be used in
maintenance service for auxiliary equipment only. In addition, the result from
interviewing the target group shows that they are interested in using this service and
tend to suggest others to join. However, this is a primary research which need to
investigatefurther on the feasibility in details and to analyse the positive and negative
impacts as well as other effects. For further study, this new business model along
with customer suggestions can be used in order to develop database system,
intelligent processing system, and mobile application which will benefit thepower
plant maintenance business of Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand in the
future.
