เรื่อง แนวการบูรณาการระบบขนสงสาธารณะเพื่อการทองเที่ยว
ในเมืองทองเที่ยวหลัก

ประเทศไทยเป*นประเทศที่พึ่งพารายได-จากการทองเที่ยวเป*นหลัก และรายได-จากการ
ทองเที่ยวของไทยเติบโตอยางนาพอใจ แตอยางไรก็ตามประเทศไทยมีป1ญหาในเรื่องการคมนาคมขนสง
นักทองเที่ยวมาโดยตลอด ดังนั้นผู-วิจัยจึงได-นําเสนอ “โครงการวิจัยการบูรณาการระบบขนสงสาธารณะ
เพื่อการทองเที่ยว (Tourism and Public Transportation) ในเมืองทองเที่ยวหลัก” โดยมีวัตถุประสงคL
เพื่อศึกษาแนวโน-มป1ญหาและอุปสรรคของการบริการระบบขนสงสาธารณะการทองเที่ยวประเภทตาง ๆ
และเพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการประยุกตLเทคโนโลยีเพื่อบูรณาการระบบขนสงสาธารณะการทองเที่ยว ทั้งนี้มี
ขอบเขตการดําเนินงานวิจัย คือ ทําการวิเคราะหLพฤติกรรมการเดินทาง ลงพื้นที่สํารวจข-อมูล
เก็บแบบสอบถามจํานวน 430 ชุด และจัดทําข-อเสนอแนะเชิงนโยบาย รวมถึงการประยุกตLเทคโนโลยีเพื่อ
บูรณาการระบบขนสงสาธารณะการทองเที่ยว จากการศึกษารวบรวมข-อมูลและผลจากการ
เก็บแบบสอบถามทั้งจากนักทองเที่ยวชาวไทยและชาวตางชาตินั้น พบป1ญหาคุณภาพการบริการ เชน
ความสะดวกในการเข-าถึงสถานที่ทองเที่ยวตาง ๆ ในเมืองพัทยา ปSายหรือสัญลักษณLบอกทางไมชัดเจน
ตารางการเดินทางของรถประจําทางไมแนนอน ขาดความเชื่อมโยงของรูปแบบการขนสง รวมไปถึง
ป1ญหาหลักๆ คือ เรื่องของภาษาที่ใช-ในการสื่อสาร และราคาไมมีมาตรฐาน
จากป1ญหาหลักของการเดินทางทองเที่ยวสําหรับนักทองเที่ยวชาวตางชาติ คือ เรื่องการ
ค-นหาเส-นทางในการเดินทาง ดังนั้นหากหาเทคโนโลยีที่สามารถนํามาประยุกตLเพื่อให-เป*นเครื่องมือในการ
ชวยเหลือนักทองเที่ยว และยังสงเสริมการทองเที่ยว และระบบขนสงสาธารณะไทยให-พัฒนาได-นั้น
สามารถนําเทคโนโลยีในป1จจุบันมาประยุกตLโดยใช-เทคโนโลยี Web Application สําหรับการแนะนํา
สถานที่ทองเที่ยวและการเดินทาง นอกจากนี้ผู-วิจัยได-ทําการสืบค-นแอพพลิเคชั่นสําหรับนักทองเที่ยว
ในประเทศตาง ๆ และในเมืองหลักของประเทศไทยหลายเมือง เพื่อเป*นตัวอยางในการพัฒนาแอพพลิเคชั่น
หรือ พัฒนาตอยอดจาก Web Application ในการให-ข-อมูลแกนักทองเที่ยวทั้งชาวไทยและชาวตางประเทศ
ในการนี้ทางผู-วิจัยได-ทําการยกตัวอยางแอพพลิเคชั่นที่มีอยูในป1จจุบันทั้งของประเทศไทยและตางประเทศ
สําหรับการวางแผนการเดินทาง แหลงทองเที่ยวของประเทศตาง ๆ ซึ่งประกอบไปด-วย แอพพลิเคชั่น
Citimapperแอพพลิเคชั่น Japan Transit Planner แอพพลิเคชั่น Metro China Subway แอพพลิเคชั่น
Bus Times และ Tube Map และแอพพลิเคชั่น CM Transit แอพพลิเคชั่น KK Transit แอพพลิเคชั่น ข
Udon City Bus และ ViaBusเป*นต-น ซึ่งแอพพลิเคชั่นเหลานี้ใช-สําหรับค-นหาเส-นทางรถไฟ รถบัส
ตลอดจนระบบการคมนาคมรูปแบบอื่น หรือเชื่อมโยงแม-กระทั่งการเดินเท-า ในกรณีที่ระยะทาง
ไมไกลมากนัก ผู-ใช-งานสามารถค-นหาข-อมูลหลักของแอพพลิเคชั่นนี้ได- โดยข-อมูลประกอบด-วยรายละเอียด
ของตารางเวลา เส-นทางการเดินรถ รวมถึงราคาคาโดยสาร และตรวจสอบสถานะป1จจุบันของการวิ่งของรถ
แตละเส-นทางได- จากตัวอยางข-างต-นจึงกลาวได-วา ป1จจุบันในทุก ๆ ประเทศ มีการให-ข-อมูลด-าน
การทองเที่ยวแบบบูรณาการ โดยการนําข-อมูลด-านตาง ๆ เชน สถานที่ทองเที่ยว การวางแผนการเดินทาง
เส-นทาง ระยะเวลา คาบริการในการเดินทางให-แกนักทองเที่ยวชาวไทยและตางประเทศ บนแอพพลิเคชั่น
ผานมือถือในระบบตาง ๆ ข-อดีในการให-ข-อมูลบนแอพพลิเคชั่นเป*นการให-ความสะดวกแกนักทองเที่ยว
ในการวางแผนการเดินทาง คาบริการรวมถึงขาวสารข-อมูลของสถานที่ทองเที่ยวตางๆในประเทศไทย และ
ยังเป*นชองทางทางการตลาดอยางดีในการประชาสัมพันธLสถานที่ทองเที่ยวตาง ๆ ของประเทศไทย
ให-สามารถเข-าถึงนักทองเที่ยวมากยิ่งขึ้น

Title Research Project on the Integration of Public Transportation for
Tourism in Major Tourist Cities

Thailand is a country that relies mainly on tourism revenue and income
from tourism in Thailand has grown satisfactorily. However, Thailand has always
encountered problems with transportation. Therefore, the researcher proposes the
"Research project in the integration of tourism and public transportation in the main
tourist cities" with the objective aiming to study trends, problems and obstacles
related to public transport services, various types of tourism, and to study the
guidelines in applying technology for the Integration of public transport with tourism.
The scope of research is to analyze the traveling behavior in the area to be surveyed
by collecting data using 430 questionnaires and to prepare a policy recommendation
including the application of technology to integrate public transport with tourism.
From studying, collecting data and the results from collecting information from the
questionnaires from both Thai and foreign tourists, this study indicates several
problems related to service quality such as the ease in accessing to various tourist
attractions in Pattaya, indistinct information signs or symbols, the schedule of buses
is uncertain with lack of linkage to transportation patterns including the main
problem is the language for communication and no standard pricing of services.
According to the main problem in traveling of foreign tourists, that is the
finding of travel routes. Therefore, in seeking technology that can be applied as a
tool to help tourists and also promoting tourism and developing Thai public
transport system, the current technology that can be applied that is by using Web
Application technology for providing recommendations of touristic attractions and
commute. In addition, the researcher looks for applications for tourists used in
various countries and in many major cities of Thailand to be a prototype for ง
developing applications or to further develop as the web application to provide
information for both Thai and foreign tourists. In this regard, the researcher takes
examples of applications that are currently available in Thailand and abroad for
travel planning to many tourist attractions of various countries and these applications
include Citimapper app, Japan Transit Planner app, Metro China Subway app, Bus
Times app, and Tube Map and CM Transit applications, KK Transit , Udon City Bus
and ViaBus applications, etc.These applications are used for searching train routes,
buses, and other forms of transportation systems or even for linking to travel by
walking in the event of not too far distance. Users can find the main information
provided by these applications which include details of the schedule, bus route
including fare and the current status of each vehicle's route. From the above
examples, it can be said that at present, in every country, integrated information
tourism is provided by presenting information such as tourist attractions, travel
planning guide, route, time, travel service fees for Thai and foreign tourists via mobile
applications available in various platforms. The advantage of providing information
using mobile applications is to facilitate travelers in planning the travel, providing
information about service fees including news, information of various tourist
attractions in Thailand and it is also a good marketing channel for publicizing various
tourist attractions in Thailand to reach more tourists.
