กำรวิจยัคร้ังน้ีมีวัตถุประสงค์๑. เพื่อศึกษำแนวทำงในกำรส่งเสริมกำรเกษตรบนพ้ืนฐำน
ของนวัตกรรม เพื่อศึกษำสภำพปัญหำและสถำนกำรณ์ในกำรผลิตไก่เน้ือที่มีกำรปรับปรุงสำยพนัธุ์
ตำมหลักวิชำกำรปรับปรุ งสำยพันธุ์สัตว์ปีก เพื่อสร้ำงมูลค่ำเพิ่ม และเพื่อสร้ำงแบบจ ำลองกำร
น ำนวตักรรมมำใช้ประโยชน์เพื่อลดควำมเหลื่อมล้ำ ทำงเศรษฐกิจของเกษตรกรตำมปรัชญำของ
เศรษฐกิจพอเพียง โดยใช้วิธีระเบียบวิธีกำรวิชัยเชิงคุณภำพ
ผลกำรวิจยั พบว่ำรัฐบาลชุดปัจจุบัน ภายใต้การน าของพลเอกประยุทธ์ จันทร์โอชา
ไดว้างกรอบแนวคิดการขบั เคลื่อนประเทศไทยสู่ เกษตร ๔.๐ ภายใต้ Thailand 4.0 ซึ่งในปัจจุบัน
ไดม้ีการพฒั นาต่อยอดองค์ความรู้ออกมาเป็นนวตักรรมทางการเกษตรมากมาย ซ่ึงดา้นหน่ึงก็คือ
การพัฒนาได้สายพันธุ์ KKU 1 ที่มีคุณภาพสูงกวา่ ไก่สายพนัธุ์ด้งัเดิม ท้งัในดา้นความทนทางต่อโรค
ความแข็งแรง การโตเร็ว และที่ส าคัญคือ ส่งผลดีต่อสุขภาพของผู้บริโภคสูงกว่าไก่ในอดีต
กำรสร้ำงพลงัประชำรัฐในกำรพฒั นำชุมชนและยกระดบั รำยไดข้องประชำชนในจงัหวดัขอนแก่น
เกิดจำกโครงกำรพฒั นำเศรษฐกิจฐำนรำกและประชำรัฐโดยบริษทั ประชำรัฐรักสำมคัคีขอนแก่น
(วิสำหกิจเพื่อสังคม) จำ กดั ได้ดำ เนินกำรผลกั ดนั กำรนำ นวตักรรมมำใช้เพื่อพฒั นำคุณภำพชีวิต
ของเกษตรกรผูเ้ล้ียงไก่โดยประสำนงำนกบั มหำวิทยำลยัขอนแก่น ทำ กำรผลิตลูกเจี๊ยบ KKU 1
เพื่อควบคุมสำยพันธุ์ให้ได้มำตรฐำนและส่งเสริมให้เกษตรกรทำ กำรผลิต พร้อมท้งัจดัหำกำรตลำด
ให้ครบวงจร
ข้อเสนอแนะ เพื่อควำมส ำเร็จในกำรนำ นวตักรรมมำใชป้ ระโยชน์เพื่อลดควำมเหลื่อมล้ำ
ทำงเศรษฐกิจของเกษตรกร ตำมปรัชญำของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง จะตอ้งคำ นึงถึงองค์ประกอบปัจจยั
แห่งควำมส ำเร็จ ซ่ึงประกอบดว้ยกลุ่มปัจจยัหลกั ๖ กลุ่ม คือกำรบริหำรระบบกำรศึกษำ กำรวิจัย
นวัตกรรม ปัจจยัที่เกี่ยวขอ้งเช่น แหล่งทุนสนับสนุน กำรรวมกลุ่มเกษตรกรกำรไดร้ับกำรสนับสนุน
จำกภำคต่ำงๆ กำรเชื่อมต่อหรือกำรถ่ำยทอดควำมรู้สู่เกษตรกร ตัวเกษตรกรผู้รับนวัตกรรม และ
กำรส่งเสริมกำรตลำด

Abstract
Title The Model of Innovation Applying to decrease the Economic Disparity of
Agriculturists’ Economy according to the Philosophy of Sufficiency Economy

The objectives of this research were to study the guidelines of the encouragement of
agriculture according to the innovation foundation and to study the situation, problems and
obstacles in chicken meat or broiler chicken farm production which was improved its species
through the Principle of Poultry Breedings Improvement to create value added and to apply this
Model to decrease the Economic Disparity of Agriculturists’ Economy according to the
Philosophy of Sufficiency Economy and applying the mean of Qualitative Research Methodology.
The result found that the current government under General Prayut Chanocha
leading has set up the best idea plan of Thriving Thailand into Thailand 4.0 (Agriculture Sector).
However, we have developed our knowledge into many parts of various agricultural innovation.
On the other hand, the development of the chicken meat specie of KKU 1 with its higher quality
than the former specie including its duration against chicken diseases, strength and growing
rapidly. And most important thing, such specie caused the customers their good health higher than
the former specie in the past.
The creating of States power in developing communities and raise people’s income
in Khonkaen Province caused from the development project of foundation economy and the
civil state by the Company of Union States of Khonkaen (Social Enterprise) which its innovation
was improved and applied to improve the agriculturists ‘ quality of lives. The agriculturists who
raised up chicken and cooperated with Khonkaen University to produce the chicks of KKU1 and
to control its species to become high standard and encourage the agriculturists to produce more
and in the same time providing its market to distribute, full cycle and completely also.
The suggestion was to accomplish the Model of innovation applying to decrease the
economic disparity of Agriculturists’ Economy according to the Philosophy of Sufficiency
Economy, we should consider the involving factors of accomplishment comprised of 6 main
factors of the management of education system, innovation research and other related factors
were supporting investment resources, joining of agriculturist groups, supporting from various
factors, joining or transferring involving knowledge to agriculturists, the agriculturist who has
received the innovation and finally, the marketing promotion also.
