ครอบครัวเป#นสถาบันหลักและเป#นพื้นฐานแรกในการพัฒนาคุณภาพคน ถือไดว/าเป#น
หน/วยย/อยที่เล็กที่สุดของสังคม แต/มีความสําคัญมากที่สุด เนื่องจากครอบครัวเป#นเบาหลอมทาง
บุคลิกภาพและคุณลักษณะของสมาชิก การมีปฏิสัมพันธ (Interaction) ระหว/างสมาชิกในครัวเรือน
เดียวกัน มีการถ/ายโยงค/านิยม ความรูสึกนึกคิด ทัศนคติ ความเชื่อ ความศรัทธาและวัฒนธรรมการ
ดําเนินชีวิตจากสมาชิกรุ/นหนึ่งไปยังอีกรุ/นหนึ่ง ตลอดจนมีการพักผ/อน สันทนาการ และการทํากิจกรรม
ต/างๆ ร/วมกัน บรรยากาศและวิธีการ อบรมเลี้ยงดู การอบรมสั่งสอน โดยการเป#นพ/อแบบ-แม/แบบ ทั้ง
อย/างเป#นทางการและไม/เป#นทางการ ทั้งโดยที่รูตัวหรือไม/รูตัว สิ่งแวดลอมภายในครอบครัวไม/ว/าจะใน
ทางบวกหรือในทางลบไดค/อยๆ หล/อหลอมพื้นฐานทางบุคลิกภาพและคุณลักษณะทางดานร/างกาย
สังคม อารมณ และจิตใจของสมาชิกในครอบครัวในรูปแบบต/างๆ ถ/ายทอดวัฒนธรรมใหคนรุ/นหลังรับไว
เป#นแนวทางในการดํารงชีวิตใหเหมาะสมกับสภาพสังคมของชนกลุ/มนั้น เด็กที่เกิดและเจริญเติบโตมา

ครอบครัวเดิมไม/มากก็นอย และนําไปใชปฏิบัติในสังคมที่เขาอยู/อาศัย มีผลต/อโดยตรงต/อการการแสดง
บทบาททางสังคมของสมาชิกในสถาบันอื่นต/อไป
ในส/วนของประเทศไทย ซึ่งกําหนดแผนพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจและสังคมแห/งชาติฉบับที่ 12
(พ.ศ. 2560 – 2564) ไดกําหนดยุทธศาสตร เสริมสรางและพัฒนาศักยภาพทุนมนุษย เพื่อปรับเปลี่ยนให
คนในสังคมไทยมีค/านิยมตามบรรทัดฐานที่ดี ทางสังคม มีทักษะในการดํารงชีวิตสําหรับโลกศตวรรษที่
21 ส/งเสริมใหคนไทยมีสุขภาวะที่ดีตลอดช/วงชีวิต รวมทั้งเสริมสรางสถาบันทางสังคมใหมีความเขมแข็ง
เอื้อต/อการพัฒนาคนและประเทศ โดยมีแนวทางส/งเสริมสถาบันครอบครัวใหเป#นสถาบันที่บ/มเพาะคนให
มีคุณภาพ และเป#นทิศทางหลักในการพัฒนาสถาบันครอบครัวในแผนพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจและสังคมแห/งชาติ
ฉบับต/อไป โดยไดมีการวิเคราะห พลังสําคัญในการขับเคลื่อนยุทธศาสตร ใหประสบความสําเร็จ และ
กําหนดแนวทางในการขับเคลื่อนนโยบายและยุทธศาสตร สู/การปฏิบัติอย/างเป#นรูปธรรม เพื่อผลักดันให
เกิดการจัดทํายุทธศาสตร ในระดับพื้นที่ที่เชื่อมโยงกับยุทธศาสตร ระดับชาติ เพื่อใหการทํางานเป#นไปใน
ทิศทางเดียวกันและมีเปPาหมายร/วมกันอย/างชัดเจน ภายใตวิสัยทัศน ร/วมกัน สถาบันครอบครัวเป#น

Abstract
Title The Role of the Family in Strengthening the National Security

Family is the main institution and the first foundation for human quality
development. It is regarded as the smallest but most important unit of the society as
the family is a crucible for the personality and characteristics of the members.
Interaction between members of the same households can share the value, thoughts,
attitudes, beliefs, beliefs, and lifestyles from one generation to another as well as taking
rest, recreation, and various activities together. Atmosphere and methods of raising,
training and teaching by being a father-model both formal and casual, whether
consciously or unconsciously. The environment in each family, whether positively or
negatively, can gradually form basic personality and physical characteristics, society,
emotions, and mind of the members in various ways transferring culture to future
generations as a way of living that is suitable for the society of that group. What kind of
children are born and raised from a family? The children naturally receive the
transmission of ideas, different attitudes and behaviors through the ways they are raised
from their original families more or less and applying it to the society in which they live.
This cause a direct influence on the members’ roles in societies when in other
institutions in the future.
In Thailand where the 12th National Economic and Social Development Plan
(2017-2021), a strategy was created to strengthen and develop the potential of human
capital in order to change the values of Thai society according to good social norms and
having living skills for the 21st century world, promoting Thai people to have good
health throughout their lives including strengthening social institutions that are
conducive to the develop people and the country with guidelines to promote the family
institution to be an institution that fosters quality people and the main direction for the
development of family institutions in the next national economic and social
development plan by analyzing the key power to drive the strategy to success and
define guidelines for driving policies and strategies into concrete actions to push for the
formulation of a strategy at the area level linking to the national strategy in order to
work in the same direction and have clear goals together under a common vision. Family
institution is a main goal of the country that must be developed to be strong and
perform duties properly to make family members live happily together.
