Human Socialization was managed by human in order to organize regulation of the
people of the country. The purpose of this regulation is to keep good atmosphere safe community
and civilization. But it is limited by lack and less of natural resource. Every country had to push
every power to get them even though using military attack.
High ranked officer or chief of the armed forced is the word in positive meaning. It is
generally accepted that man who has good leadership to the officer and people of the country.
The purpose of this research, Continuous education of high ranked armed forces
officer at National Defence College (NDC) is the study how and what, of the trouble problem
advantage disadvantage and resolution of the cause. In this way we can use them to build up the
public and national security.
In conclusion we found that every participant have more knowledge from the study at
NDC in the field of strategy national security global modernization change.
Now we can use knowledge management to apply for the need of department to armed
forces.
Good relationship between each participant is the benefit to government agency or
private sector. Their efficiency and potential is much improved. They are helpful to social security
and national security in overall.
It is the achievement from the study in the lecture room, discussed room education
tour inbound and outbound.
We have prepared the change of globalization to the new era. Especially Asean 2015
(2558). We will have good vision good connection good participation in normal and crisis
situation. National security is much better.
