The objectives of this research to study the general principles and the advantage of
applying the Social Media Online in the present to study the guidelines of applying the social Media
Online to encourage the strength of Thai good governance in Thailand and in the foreign countries.
Moreover, to study all guidelines to improve the involving laws to help Social Media Online for
Social benefit and to suggest the guidelines in developing Social Media Online to encourage the
strength of Thai good governance through the means of Qualitative Research Analysis as the main
approach.
The result found that since the advance of high speed network internet in the late 1990
decade , Social Media Online was applied to use for the politics benefit and encourage the strength of
Thai good governance higher than before. We should proceed various ways in using Social Media
Online to encourage the strength of Thai governance including Internet networks developing,
creating the readiness of support system , personnel development and law improvement including
lastly the organization or unit which was responsible and monitor the matters and details of network
system must be set up.
