งานวิจยัน้ีมีวตัถุประสงคเ์พื่อทราบถึงรูปแบบและวิธีการใช้อินเทอร์เน็ตเพื่อการศึกษาและ
เพื่อเสนอแนวทางการประยุกต์ใช้รูปแบบและวิธีการใช้อินเทอร์เน็ตเพื่อการศึกษา ส าหรับ
สังคมไทย
ผลจากการสืบค้นผู้วิจัยพบว่าการใช้อินเตอร์เน็ตและคอมพิวเตอร์เพื่อการศึกษาเป็ นไปใน
คือ 1) สืบค้น ค้นคว้าหาข้อมูลตามที่สนใจโดยสามารถสืบค้นตามรายวิชา, กลุ่มวิชา และ
หลักสูตร 2) ใช้เพื่อการเรี ยนการสอนที่สามารถเรี ยนรู้ด้วยตนเองได้อย่างอิสระ 3) ใช้เพื่อเป็ น
เครื่องมือในการจัดการเรียนการสอนทางไกลที่มีคุณภาพ
จากลักษณะการใช้งานดังกล่าวข้างต้น ผู้วิจัยจึงได้เสนอแนวทางการประยุกต์ใช้งานได้ 5
แนวทาง คือ 1) ปรับโครงสร้างหลักสูตรส าหรับการเรียนระบบออนไลน์ให้ตอบสนองต่อความ
ต้องการของสังคมไทย 2) สนับสนุนให้มหาวิทยาลัยที่ได้รับการยอมรับสร้างระบบการเรี ยน
ออนไลน์ให้แก่บุคคลทวั่ ไปและผทู้ี่สนใจ 3) สร้างระบบการเรียนออนไลน์ที่มีคุณภาพแบบเต็ม
รูปแบบ ผลการเรียนของผู้เรียนเทียบเท่าได้กับการเรียนแบบในห้องเรียน 4) มีการรับรองคุณวุฒิ
การศึกษาส าหรับผู้จบการศึกษาจากระบบออนไลน์ 5) ส่งเสริ มการสร้างบทเรี ยนออนไลน์ที่ได้
คุณภาพเพื่อให้ผู้เรียนสามารถศึกษาและท าความเข้าใจได้ด้วยตนเอง

ABSTRACT
The new alternative way for Thailand Education in the globalization era

Almost every country, the people never satisfy with the education system. Also in
Thailand, we always have many complaints and in all aspects about the educations. It seems that
there are so many ways to fix the problems in the formal process of Thailand education system.
The problems appear to be complicated and sophisticated which need longer peroid to solve.
Unfortunately the education policy kept changing with the change of new goverment which
changes every one or two years.Some of the key complains are such as poor quality to teachers,
poor quality of education contents, too many subjects, students do not have enough quality time,
student need to learn more thai culture, student need to do this and that etc. Some of the
complaints and expectations sometime confliting each other. Also interestingly it seems that we
rely very much on teacher to teach student. Today world is changing very much from the past.
Why do we have to use the same way of doing thing like in the past 50 or 100 years? Almost
everyone are using the internet in various ways from entertainment to business transation and to
self study. The internet technology is changing our world in many ways.This study propose to use
on line education as a new alternative way for education development in Thailand. The on line
education through internet technology can be used in many ways such as improving class room
study, training teacher, promote self study etc. From the analysis of variuos reserches, the results
support thaton line education is effective. The online educationhelp make self study more easiliy
and more effective. This can change the believe that we need high quality teacher. In today world
what we need is a good quality eduaction content, delivered in a simple to understand and easy to
access. To overcome the cumbersome of political system and buerocracy system in revolution of
thailand education throught the minister of commerce, it is proposed to set up a new entitiy to
manage the on line education by collaborating with famous universities that are now opening the
platform to support online learning system. This way we can jum start the good education system
in short time.
