บทคัดย่อ:
งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ ๒ ประการ ได้แก่ ๑) เพื่อสร้างความรู้ ความเข้าใจ ถึงสิทธิและ
หน้าที่ตามกฎหมายเกี่ยวกับการซื้อขายออนไลน์ (Online) ให้กับเยาวชน ๒) เพื่อให้เยาวชนทราบ
ขั้นตอนในการฟ้องร้องการซื้อขายออนไลน์ (Online) ด้วยตนเอง งานวิจัยนี้ใช้วิธีการวิจัยในเชิง
ปริมาณ (Quantitative Research) โดยผู้วิจัยศึกษาเอกสาร แนวคิดทฤษฎี เกี่ยวกับ กฎหมาย
เกี่ยวกับการซื้อขายออนไลน์ (Online) และขั้นตอนในการฟ้องร้องการซื้อขายออนไลน์ (Online)
หลังจากนั้นผู้วิจัย ได้นำแนวคิด ทฤษฎี ความรู้ เกี่ยวกับกฎหมายเกี่ยวกับการซื้อขายออนไลน์
(Online) และขั้นตอนในการฟ้องร้องการซื้อขายออนไลน์ (Online) มาดำเนินการออกแบบหลักสูตร
สร้างสื่อและกำหนดกิจกรรมในการสร้างความรู้ ความเข้าใจ ถึงสิทธิและหน้าที่ตามกฎหมายเกี่ยวกับ
การซื้อขายออนไลน์ (Online) ให้กับเยาวชนและเพื่อให้เยาวชนทราบขั้นตอนในการฟ้องร้องการซื้อ
ขายออนไลน์ (Online) ด้วยตนเองโดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างในการศึกษาวิจัยนี้ศึกลุ่มเยาวชน (อายุ ๑๒ - ๑๘
ปี) ในจังหวัดปทุมธานี โดยเก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นเยาวชนในชุมชนต่างๆ ของตำบลหลักหก
อำเภอเมืองปทุมธานี จังหวัดปทุมธานี จำนวน ๕๐ คน
ผู้วิจัย วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลพื้นฐานด้วยการหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
และทดสอบสมมติฐานการวิจัยโดยใช้การวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ย ๒ กลุ่ม (Paired Sample ttest) และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-Way Analysis of Variance) จากผล
การศึกษาสรุปได้ดังนี้
๑. สรุปผลข้อมูลการอบรมเพื่อต้องการให้เยาวชนมีความรู้ ความเข้าใจ เรื่องสิทธิตาม
กฎหมายในการซื้อขายออนไลน์ พบว่าหลังการอบรม เรื่อง กฎหมายเกี่ยวกับการซื้อขายทางออนไลน์
มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ ๓.๓๓ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ .๓๐ สูงกว่าก่อนการอบรม ที่มีค่าเฉลี่ย
เท่ากับ ๒.๖๗ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ .๔๖ เมื่อพิจารณาจากค่า Sig. เท่ากับ .๐๐๐ ซึ่งค่า Sig.
น้อยกว่า .๐๕ เห็นได้ชัดว่า การเปรียบเทียบคะแนนเฉลี่ยหลังการอบรมของกลุ่มตัวอย่างสูงกว่าก่อน
การอบรม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .๐๕ ซึ่งเป็นไปตามวัตถุประสงค์ที่ตั้งไว้ข
๒. สรุปผลข้อมูลการอบรมเพื่อให้เยาวชนมีความรู้ ความเข้าใจ ในกระบวนการ และ
ขั้นตอนในการยื่นฟ้องคดีซื้อขายออนไลน์ด้วยตนเอง หลังการอบรม เรื่อง การฟ้องร้องคดีทางออนไลน์
มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ ๓.๓๒ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ .๒๘ สูงกว่าก่อนการอบรม ที่มีค่าเฉลี่ย
เท่ากับ ๒.๓๖ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ .๔๓ เมื่อพิจารณาจากค่า Sig. เท่ากับ .๐๐๐ ซึ่งค่า Sig.
น้อยกว่า .๐๕ เห็นได้ชัดว่า การเปรียบเทียบคะแนนเฉลี่ยหลังการอบรมของกลุ่มตัวอย่างสูงกว่าก่อน
การอบรม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .๐๕ ซึ่งเป็นไปตามวัตถุประสงค์ที่ตั้งไว้
abstract:
This research has two objectives: (1) to create knowledge and
understanding of the rights and duties according to the law related to
online trading for youth, and (2) to educate the youth on the process of
suing online trading in person. This research uses quantitative research
method to study documents, concepts and theories about the laws related
to online trading and the process of suing online trading. The researchers
use concepts, theories, knowledge about the laws related to online trading
and the process of suing online trading to design the course, create media
and set activities to build knowledge and understanding of the legal rights
and duties relating to online trading for youth and to inform youth about
the procedure for suing online trading in person. In this research, the
sample group consists of 50 people from the youth group (age 12 - 18
years) in Pathum Thani Province. Data is collected from the sample group
of youth in various communities of Lak Hok sub-district, Mueang Pathum
Thani District in Pathum Thani Province. The researchers have analyzed the
baseline data by finding the percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The
research hypothesis is tested by using Paired Sample t-test and One-Way
Analysis of Variance. The results of the study are summarized as follows:
1. To summarize the results of the training in the topic of online
trading laws to create knowledge and understanding of legal rights in online
trading in youth, mean is 3.33 and standard deviation is 0.30 which is higher
than the numbers before the training with the mean at 2.67 and standardง
deviation at 0.46 considering the Sig. is 0.000, which is less than 0.05.
Apparently, the mean after training of the sample is higher than that before
the training with statistically significance at 0.05, which satisfies the objective
set.
2. To summarize the results of the training in the topic of online
trading law to create knowledge and understanding on the process of suing
online trading by the youth themselves, mean is 3.32 and standard
deviation is 0.28 which is higher than the numbers before the training with
the mean at 2.36 and standard deviation at 0.43 considering the Sig. is
0.000, which is less than 0.05. It is evident that the mean after training of
the sample is higher than that before the training with statistically
significance at 0.05, which satisfies the objective set.
