บทคัดย่อ:
การวิจัยเรื่อง การพัฒนารูปแบบเครดิตทางสังคม บนพื้นฐานของพื้นที่เชิงนวัตกรรม
เพื่อเสริมสร้างคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของเด็กและเยาวชน : กรณีศึกษา มูลนิธิห่วงใยเยาวชน
เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาบริบทของเด็กและเยาวชนในมูลนิธิห่วงใยเยาวชน
และสร้างกรอบแนวคิดการพัฒนารูปแบบเครดิตทางสังคม บนพื้นฐานของพื้นที่เชิงนวัตกรรม
เพื่อเสริมสร้างคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของเด็กและเยาวชน : กรณีศึกษา มูลนิธิห่วงใยเยาวชน
รวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก (In-Depth Interview) ผู้อ านวยการมูลนิธิห่วงใยเยาวชน
และการสนทนากลุ่ม (Focus Group) กับกลุ่มเด็กและเยาวชนในมูลนิธิห่วงใยเยาวชน จ านวน ๑๓ คน
ผ่านโปรแกรมส าเร็จรูปบนระบบออนไลน์ อันเป็นผลมาจากสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโรค
ติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา ๒๐๑๙ (Covid -19)
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ๑) มูลนิธิห่วงใยเยาวชน มีแนวทางการด าเนินงานในการให้ความรู้
และสอนเด็กและเยาวชนบนพื้นฐานของคริสเตียน โดยอาศัยหลักการในการด าเนินงาน ประกอบด้วย
ความเชื่อ ความสัมพันธ์ และความสนุก ๒) การเข้าร่วมกับมูลนิธิห่วงใยเยาวชน ประกอบด้วย
๒ ปัจจัย คือ การสร้างแรงจูงใจ และการเปิดโอกาส ๓) การท ากิจกรรมร่วมกับมูลนิธิห่วงใยเยาวชน
ประกอบด้วย ๔ ปัจจัย คือ กิจกรรมกลุ่มทางศาสนา กิจกรรมกลุ่มทางสันทนาการ การฝึกการรับฟัง
และการพูด และกิจกรรมการบ าเพ็ญสาธารณประโยชน์ ๔) พื้นที่เชิงนวัตกรรม ประกอบด้วย ๔ ปัจจัย
คือ มูลนิธิห่วงใยเยาวชน สถานศึกษา พื้นที่สาธารณะ และสื่อโซเชียลมีเดียส่วนตัว ๕) เครดิตทางสังคม
ประกอบด้วย ๔ ปัจจัย คือ ความรู้ทางศาสนา ด้านจิตใจ การพัฒนาบุคลิกภาพ และการเป็นแบบอย่าง
ที่ดี ๖) กรอบแนวคิดการพัฒนารูปแบบเครดิตทางสังคม บนพื้นฐานของพื้นที่เชิงนวัตกรรม เพื่อเสริมสร้าง
คุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของเด็กและเยาวชน : กรณีศึกษา มูลนิธิห่วงใยเยาวชน มีกระบวนการดังนี้
การเข้าร่วม-การท ากิจกรรม-พื้นที่เชิงนวัตกรรม-เครดิตทางสังคม ภายใต้หลักการในการด าเนินงาน
๓ ประการ ของมูลนิธิห่วงใยเยาวชน คือ ความเชื่อ ความสัมพันธ์ และความสนุก รวมทั้งมีแนวคิด
ทฤษฎีและผลงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง จ านวน ๒ ทฤษฎี คือ การยอมรับนวัตกรรม (Adoption Process)
และล าดับขั้นความต้องการ (Maslow's Hierarchy of Need) มาใช้ประกอบ
abstract:
This research is a qualitative research which have purpose to study on context of
children and youth in Youth For Christ Thailand and create a conceptual framework for the
development of social credit models on the basis of safe zone area to enhance the desirable
characteristics of children and youth: A case study of Youth First Concern Foundation. Data
were collected by in-depth interviewing the director ofYouthFirstConcernFoundation andconducting
focus group with 13 children and youth in Youth First Concern Foundation through the program
on the online system as a result of the epidemic situation of the coronavirus disease 2019.
The study revealed that 1) Youth First Concern Foundation has a Christian-based
approach to educating and teaching youth based on 3 principles, consisting of belief,
relationship and joyful. 2) Participation with Youth First Concern Foundation consists
of two factors, including motivating and giving opportunity. 3) The activities with
Youth First Concern Foundation consist of 4 factors, including religious activities, recreation
Activities, listening and speaking practice and public benefit activities. 4) Safe zone
area consists of 4 factors including Youth First Concern Foundation office, academy,
public areas and personal online media. 5) Social credit consists of four factors, including
religious knowledge, psychological reward personality development and being a good role
model. 6) Conceptual framework for the development of social credit models on the
basis of safe zone area to enhance the desirable characteristics of children and youth:
A case study of Youth First Concern Foundation has the following processes: ParticipationActivity-Innovative Area-Social Credit. Conceptual framework operates under 3 principles
of Youth For Christ Thailand and 2 related theories: Adoption Process and Maslow's
Hierarchy of Need.
