บทคัดย่อ:
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ ๑) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อเยาวชนด้านจิตสาธารณะ
ในการเป็นพลเมืองที่ดี ๒) เพื่อเสนอแนะแนวทางการพัฒนาเยาวชนในการเป็นพลเมืองที่ดี
ด้านจิตสาธารณะของนักเรียนโรงเรียนคอนสวรรค์ สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาชัยภูมิ
ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ได้แก่ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ ๔ – ๖ ปีการศึกษา ๒๕๖๕
โรงเรียนคอนสวรรค์ สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาชัยภูมิ จำนวน ๔๒๘ คนกลุ่มตัวอย่าง
ที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ได้แก่ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ ๔ – ๖ ปีการศึกษา ๒๕๖๕ โรงเรียนคอนสวรรค์
สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาชัยภูมิ จำนวน ๒๐๕ คน กลุ่มเป้าหมายในการวิจัย
เป็นผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ๑ คน นักเรียน ๑๓ คน ผู้ปกครองนักเรียน ๑๓ คน และครู ๑๓ คน
ส่วนผู้ปกครอง นักเรียนได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง (Purposive sampling) นักเรียนที่เป็นหัวหน้าห้อง
ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ ๔, ๕, ๖ จำนวน ๔๐ คน ตามลำดับ และครูที่เป็นครูประจำชั้นของนักเรียน
ที่ถูกเลือก ส่วนผู้ปกครองเป็นผู้ปกครองของนักเรียนที่ถูกเลือกเช่นกัน
ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า ๑) ระดับปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อพฤติกรรมจิตสาธารณะโรงเรียน
คอนสวรรค์ สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาชัยภูมิ ในภาพรวมและรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับสูง
๒) ระดับพฤติกรรมจิตสาธารณะของนักเรียนโรงเรียนคอนสวรรค์ สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา
มัธยมศึกษาชัยภูมิ ในภาพรวมและรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับสูง ๓) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความเป็นพลเมืองดี
ของนักเรียน มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .๐๑ มี ๓ ปัจจัย โดยเรียงจากปัจจัยที่ส่งผลมากที่สุดไปหา
น้อยที่สุด คือ ด้านการปลูกฝังจากโรงเรียน การอบรมเลี้ยงดู และด้านการมีตัวแบบด้านจิตสาธารณะ
๔) ข้อเสนอแนะแนวทางการพัฒนาเยาวชนในการเป็นพลเมืองที่ดีด้านจิตสาธารณะของนักเรียน
โรงเรียนคอนสวรรค์ สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาชัยภูมิ แบ่งได้เป็น ๓ ขั้นตอน คือ
๑) ขั้นสร้างแรงจูงใจ ๒) ขั้นพัฒนา ๓) ขั้นปลูกฝัง
abstract:
The purposes of this research are aim to 1) study the factors affecting
public mind of juveniles in becoming good citizens, and 2) propose guidelines for
developing jeveniles' public mind in being good citizens, focusing on students at
Khonsawan School, The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Chaiyaphum. The
population used for the study includes students in grades 4-6, academic year 2565, at
Khonsawan School, The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Chaiyaphum,
totaling 418 people.
The sample group used for the study includes students in grades 4-6,
academic year 2565, at Khonsawan School, The Secondary Educational Service Area
Office Chaiyaphum, totaling 205 people. The target group for the research includes
one school administrator, 13 students, 13 parents, and 13 teachers. The students were
selected by purposive sampling, including 40 students who are class leaders in grades
4-6 in order, and the teachers were selected as the homeroom teachers of the
selected students. The parents are the parents of the selected students.
The research findings reveal that 1) The level of factors affecting public
mind behavior at Khonsawan School, The Secondary Educational Service Area Office
Chaiyaphum, is overall at a high level. 2) The level of public mind behavior of
students at Khonsawan School, The Secondary Educational Service Area Office
Chaiyaphum, is overall at a high level. 3) The factors that contribute to good
citizenship of students are statistically significant at a level of .01, with 3 factors ranked
from the most to the least are being school cultivation, fostering, and having a role
model in public mind behavior. 4) The suggestions for developing juveniles into good
citizens in terms of public mind behavior at Khonsawan School, The Secondary
Educational Service Area Office Chaiyaphum, can be divided into 3 steps namely
1) motivation-building, 2) development, and 3) cultivation.
