บทคัดย่อ:
การศึกษาเรื่อง การส่งเสริมจิตอาสาของนักเรียนโรงเรียนวัดศรีราษฎร์ (เอนกนาครราษฎร์บำรุง)
โดยใช้กระบวนการ 5A STEP มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ๑) ศึกษาสภาพปัญหาการมีจิตอาสาของนักเรียน
โรงเรียนวัดศรีราษฎร์ (เอนกนาครราษฎร์บำรุง) ๒) ส่งเสริมจิตอาสาของนักเรียนโรงเรียนวัดศรีราษฎร์
(เอนกนาครราษฎร์บำรุง) โดยใช้กระบวนการ 5A STEP และ ๓) ศึกษาผลการประเมินจิตอาสาของ
นักเรียนโรงเรียนวัดศรีราษฎร์ (เอนกนาครราษฎร์บำรุง) หลังการใช้กระบวนการ 5A STEP
โดยการศึกษาแบ่งออกเป็น ๓ ระยะ ตามวัตถุประสงค์ของการศึกษา กลุ่มเป้าหมายเป็นนักเรียน
ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ ๑-๖ จำนวน ๕๘ คน ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอน จำนวน ๙ คน ผู้ปกครอง
ของนักเรียน จำนวน ๓๐ คน สถิตที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการศึกษาสรุปผลได้ดังนี้
๑. สภาพปัญหาการมีจิตอาสาของนักเรียนโรงเรียนวัดศรีราษฎร์ (เอนกนาครราษฎร์บำรุง)
พบว่า นักเรียนมีระดับการปฏิบัติด้านจิตอาสารักษาความสะอาด โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ใน
ระดับปานกลาง โดยด้านการช่วยเหลือผู้อื่นมีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด รองลงมาคือด้านเห็นแก่
ประโยชน์ส่วนรวม และด้านแรงจูงใจอาสา ตามลำดับ ผลการสัมภาษณ์ผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอนและ
เอกสารรายงานการพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษา สรุปได้ว่า นักเรียนขาดแรงจูงใจอาสา ขาดต้นแบบ
นักเรียนจิตอาสา ผู้ปกครองไม่สนับสนุนให้ทำกิจกรรม โรงเรียนขาดงบประมาณในการส่งเสริม
กิจกรรมจิตอาสา โรงเรียนดำเนินการด้านกิจกรรมจิตอาสาไม่เป็นระบบเท่าที่ควร
๒. การส่งเสริมจิตอาสาของนักเรียน โดยใช้กระบวนการ 5A STEP ในภาพรวม
ดำเนินการได้ระดับมากที่สุด ส่วนด้านการร่วมกันพัฒนามีการดำเนินการอยู่ในระดับมาก และ
เมื่อพิจารณารายข้อย่อย พบว่า การจัดกิจกรรมนิเทศการดำเนินงาน การจัดกิจกรรมแยกขยะ
นำขยะมาใช้ประโยชน์ และการจัดกิจกรรมจัดค่ายจิตอาสา และปฏิบัติการทางจิตวิทยา (IO)
ดำเนินการได้อยู่ในระดับมาก
๓. นักเรียน ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอน และผู้ปกครองขอ งนักเรียน
มีความเห็นตรงกันว่า โดยภาพรวมนักเรียนมีจิตอาสาระดับมาก โดยด้านเห็นแก่ประโยชน์ส่วนรวม
มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด รองลงมาคือ ด้านการช่วยเหลือผู้อื่น และด้านแรงจูงใจอาสา ตามลำดับ
เมื่อพิจารณารายข้อพบว่า นักเรียนปฏิบัติมากที่สุดในเรื่องการช่วยเก็บขยะในบริเวณโรงเรียน
สอดคล้องกันทั้ง ๓ กลุ่ม
abstract:
Study of Promotion of Volunteer Spirit among students at Watsirat
(Aneknakhonratbumrung) School using the 5A STEP process. The objectives are to 1) study the
problematic state of Volunteer Spirit among students at Watsirat (Aneknakhonratbumrung) School
2) Promote the volunteer spirit of Watsirat (Aneknakhonratbumrung) School students using
the 5 A STEP process and 3 ) to study the results of the volunteer spirit assessment of
Watsirat (Aneknakhonratbumrung) School students. The study was divided into 3 phases
according to the objectives of the study. The target group consisted of 58 grade 1-6 students,
9 school administrators and teachers, and 30 students' parents. The statistics used in the
study were mean, standard deviation. The results of this research were :
1 . The problematic state of having volunteer spirit of Watsirat (Aneknakhonratbumrung)
School students found that students had the level of practice in cleaning volunteer
spirit. Overall and each side were moderate. In terms of helping others, the average was
the highest. Followed by the altruistic side. and volunteer motivation, respectively.
The results of the interviews with administrators and teachers and the educational
quality development report can be concluded that students lack volunteer motivation.
Lack of role models for student volunteers Parents do not encourage them to do
activities. The school lacks budget to promote volunteer activities. The school's
volunteer activities are not as systematic as it should be.
2. Promotion of student volunteer spirit using the overall 5A STEP process, it
performs at the highest level. As for the co-development, the operation was carried out
at a high level. And when considering sub-sections, it was found that the organization of
operational supervision activities waste sorting activities take advantage of the waste and
organizing volunteer camp activities and psychological operations or information
operations (IO) were performed at a high level.
3. Students, school administrators and teachers and parents of students There is a
consensus that Overall, the students had a high level of volunteerism. The altruistic
aspect had the highest average, followed by the helping others aspect. and volunteer
motivation, respectively. When considering each item, it was found that Students were
most practical in helping to collect garbage in the school area. corresponding to all
3 groups.
