การศึกษาวิจัยนี มีวัตถุประสงค์คือ ๑) เพื.อศึกษาและวิเคราะห์สภาพอุตสาหกรรมที.มีและ
ยังคงดําเนินการอยูในจังหวัดปัตตานีในปัจจุบัน ๒) ศึกษาปัญหาและอุปสรรคใ ่ นการดําเนินธุรกิจ ของ
อุตสาหกรรมในจังหวัดปัตตานี ๓) เพื.อเสนอแนะแนวทางการฟ ืนฟูเศรษฐกิจจังหวัดปัตตานีในการ
ส่งเสริมให้เกิดความมันคงทางธุรก . ิจสําหรับผู้ลงทุนและเกิดความมันคงทางเศรษฐก . ิจให้กบจังหวัดได้ ั
รวมไปถึงการดําเนินธุรกิจอยางยั ่ งยืน .
การดําเนินการวิจัยในครั งนี เป็ นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ตั งแต่การศึกษาเอกสารและงานวิจัยที.

ี.ยวข้องดําเนินการไปอยางต ่ ่อเนื.องตั งแต่ต้นจนจบการวิจัย (Ongoing) โดยมีการศึกษาเอกสารและ
งานวิจัยที.เกี.ยวข้องทั งก่อนและหลังการวิจัย มีการดําเนินการการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการสัมภาษณ์
เชิงลึก (In Depth Interview: IDI) รวมทั งการศึกษาวิเคราะห์เนื อหา (Content Analysis) จากเอกสาร
บทความ และงานวิจัยต่างๆที.เกี.ยวข้อง ตลอดจนการนําข้อมูลทุติยภูมิที.เกี.ยวข้องในด้านต่างๆเก

เพื.อขยายผลและนําไปสู่การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ
ผลการวิจัยพบว่าการผลิตของอุตสาหกรรมทั งหลายในจังหวัดปัตตานีใช้วัตถุดิบที.มาจาก
ธรรมชาติเป็ นปัจจัยนําเข้าที.สําคัญ (Input) นํามาผ่านกระบวนการแปรรูปต่างๆ (Process) ตามขั นตอน
การผลิต จนกระทังได้ผลผลิต (Output) คือ อาหารทะเลแช . ่แข็ง อาหารทะเลสําเร็จรูป ยางแผนรมควัน ่
ยางกอน ผลิตภัณฑ์อาหารฮาลาล เป็ นต้น ผู้ดําเนินธุรก ้ ิจจําเป็ นต้องตระหนักถึงความสําคัญของปัญหา
สิ.งแวดล้อมด้านต่างๆ อยูตลอดเวลา เพื.อป้ องก ่ นปัญหามลภาวะที.จะเก ั ิดขึ นซึ. งจะมีผลกระทบต่อชุมชน
ทําให้เกิดปัญหาต่างๆทําให้ ขาดทรัพยากรธรรมชาติที.เพียงพอกบสําหรับการผลิตและใช้ประโยชน์เพื.อการ ั
ดํารงชีวิตในสังคมเกษตรอุตสาหกรรมอยางเป็ นสุขและยั ่ งยืน .

ABSTRACT

This research has three objectives: 1)To study and analyze the environmental of industry
that still running the business in Pattani province in the present day 2)Study problems and obstacles
of the industry in Pattani province 3) To find out the solution to restore economy in Pattani province
in order to promote the economy stability for both the investors and Patani province that lead to
sustainable business.
This research is the qualitative research which is an ongoing research that has to study
the all concerned documents and researches from the beginning to the end of the research, collect data
by In Depth Interview and analyze the content of concerned documents, articles and researches to
extend the solutions and lead to the qualitative research.
The results showed that the industry in Pattani province use the raw materials from
nature which are the main input to process according to the production until reach the output that are
products for example frozen seafood, instant seafood, ribbed smoked sheets, cup lumps, and Halal
food. The business owners should be realized of the significant of the pollution at all time to prevent
the problems with the communities and the environment in order to avoid lacking of the natural
resources to produce the products and make use of the resources to live happily in the sustainable
agriculture social.
