บทคัดย่อ:
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาหาแนวทางการพัฒนาความรับผิดชอบ
ต่อหน้าที่ของนักเรียน โรงเรียนโกสุมวิทยาสรรค์ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา
มหาสารคาม 2) เพื่อพัฒนาแนวทางการพัฒนาความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่ของนักเรียน โรงเรียนโกสุม
วิทยาสรรค์ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษามหาสารคาม ผู้ให้ข้อมูลประกอบด้วย
บุคลากรโรงเรียนโกสุมวิทยาสรรค์ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษามหาสารคาม
ปีการศึกษา 2564 จำนวน ๓97 คน ประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 5 คน ครูผู้สอน
จำนวน 92 คน และนักเรียน จำนวน 300 คน และผู้เชี่ยวชาญจำนวน ๖ คน ดำเนินการวิจัยเป็น 2
ระยะ คือ ระยะที่ 1 การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ สำรวจเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม และระยะที่ 2
การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ เป็นการพัฒนาแนวทางการพัฒนาความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่ของนักเรียน จาก
ข้อมูลสารสนเทศที่ได้จากการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ เพื่อนำไปสู่แนวทางการพัฒนาความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่
ของนักเรียน จากการวิพากษ์หาข้อสรุปโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ด้วยเทคนิค Focus Group
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ๑) การพัฒนาความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่ของนักเรียน การแต่งตั้ง
คณะกรรมการรับผิดชอบการแต่งกายของนักเรียน มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด รองลงมา
ได้แก่ การจัดกิจกรรมพัฒนาการแต่งกายของนักเรียนเป็นงานประจำ และจัดกิจกรรมพัฒนาการ
แต่งกายของนักเรียนตามที่กำหนดไว้ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด เช่นเดียวกัน ส่วนให้คำแนะนำนักเรียนที่
แต่งกายผิดระเบียบให้ปรับปรุงตนเอง อยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนด้านความประพฤติของนักเรียน พบว่า
การให้กำลังใจนักเรียนที่มีความประพฤติดี มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด รองลงมาได้แก่ แต่งตั้งคณะกรรมการ
รับผิดชอบดำเนินงานพัฒนาความประพฤติของนักเรียน และจัดกิจกรรมพัฒนาความประพฤติของ
นักเรียนตามที่กำหนดไว้อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด เช่นเดียวกัน ส่วนการจัดสภาพแวดล้อมที่ดีเกื้อกูลต่อ
การปลูกฝังความประพฤติที่ดีให้นักเรียน อยู่ในระดับมาก ๒) แนวทางการพัฒนาความรับผิดชอบต่อ
หน้าที่ของนักเรียน ด้วยกระบวนการบริหารเชิงคุณภาพ P-D-C-A-R ซึ่งประกอบด้วยการวางแผน
งาน (Planning) การลงมือปฏิบัติ (Do) การตรวจสอบ (Check) การปรับปรุง (Action) และ
การเสริมแรง (Reinforcer) ดำเนินการอย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องทั้ง
ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ครูผู้สอน ผู้ปกครอง ภายใต้คำขวัญ “ลูกเทาแดง แต่งกายดี มีเสน่ห์ เท่ห์ไม่เบา”ข
ด้วยแนวคิดการรณรงค์ทางจิตวิทยาใช้นักเรียนต้นแบบเป็นผู้เชื่อมสัมพันธ์และกิจกรรมการเสริมแรง
ทางบวกด้วยกิจกรรม “ยุวชนคนดี ศรีโกสุม” อันจะส่งผลให้นักเรียนเป็นผู้มีความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่
ของตนเอง
abstract:
The objectives of this research were 1) to study the guidelines for the
development of student responsibilities at Kosum Wittayasan School under the Maha
Sarakham Secondary Education Service Area Office. 2) To improve the guidelines for
developing student responsibility at Kosum Wittayasan School under the Maha
Sarakham Secondary Education Service Area Office. The research contributors
including Kosum Wittayasan School staff under the Mahasarakham Secondary
Education Service Area Office, Academic Year consisted of 397 persons, instance of
5 administrators, 92 teachers, 300 students and 6 experts. The research have 2
Phase, first is data survey was collected by using questionnaires and the second used
the qualitative research methodology to develop the guidelines for developing
student responsibilities. The information was obtained from quantitative research to
lead to guidelines for developing student responsibility from reviews and conclusions
by experts with Focus Group technique.
The results of the research found that 1) The development of student
responsibilities appointment of a committee responsible for the student's dress code
with the highest mean at the highest level. The second followed by organizing
activities to develop students' dress as a regular job and organize activities to
develop students' dress as specified at the highest level, as well as giving advice to
students who dress inappropriately to improve themselves at a high level as for the
behavior of the students, it was found that encouraging students with good behavior
have the highest average. The second followed by appoint a committee responsible
for the development of student behavior and organize student behaviorง
development activities as specified at the highest level as well as at a high level. 2)
Guidelines for developing student responsibility Through the P-D-C-A-R quality
management process, which consists of Planning, Doing, Checking, Action, and
Reinforcement, operated by participation of all involved parties, including school
administrators, teachers, and parents under the slogan "Smart-Gray-Red-Child, Dress
Well, Attractive and Be Cool" with the concept of a psychology campaign using
model students as connections and activities. The positive reinforcement through the
activity is "Sri Kosum The Good Youth" which will result in students being responsible
for their duties.
