บทคัดย่อ:
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ.๑) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน ปัญหา และความต้องการ
จำเป็นของการพัฒนาเยาวชนให้เป็นคนดีตามสังคมและวัฒนธรรม ๒).สร้างและพัฒนารูปแบบ
การพัฒนาเยาวชนให้เป็นคนดีตามสังคมและวัฒนธรรม และ ๓) ตรวจสอบความเป็นไปได้และ
ประโยชน์ และประเมินความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อรูปแบบกิจกรรมการพัฒนาเยาวชนให้เป็นคนดีตามสังคม
และวัฒนธรรม ดำเนินการสำรวจกระบวนการบริหารที่มีวิธีปฏิบัติที่ดี (Best Practice) ของโรงเรียน
บ้านนาโคก สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลย เขต ๑ จากนั้นจัดทำ (ยกร่าง) รูปแบบ
การพัฒนาเยาวชนให้เป็นคนดีตามสังคมและวัฒนธรรม ดำเนินการตรวจสอบความเป็นไปได้และ
ความเป็นประโยชน์ และประเมินความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อรูปแบบการพัฒนาเยาวชนให้เป็นคนดีตามสังคม
และวัฒนธรรม ของโรงเรียนบ้านนาโคก สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลย เขต ๑
ของผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย ประกอบด้วย นักเรียน ข้าราชการครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา ผู้ปกครอง
นักเรียน คณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานและตัวแทนผู้นำชุมชน ใช้สถิติพื้นฐานในการวิเคราะห์
ข้อมูล (Analysis of Data) การวิเคราะห์เชิงพรรณนา (Descriptive Method) เพื่ออธิบายข้อมูลทั่วไป
สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ย (Mean) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
(Standard Deviation)
ผลการพัฒนารูปแบบการพัฒนาเยาวชนให้เป็นคนดีตามสังคมและวัฒนธรรม
ของโรงเรียนบ้านนาโคก สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลย เขต ๑ ประกอบด้วย
๕ องค์ประกอบ คือ ๑) หลักการและเหตุผล ๒) วัตถุประสงค์ ๓) สาระสำคัญ (เนื้อหา)
๔) การนำรูปแบบไปใช้ โดยดำเนินการจัดกิจกรรม ๓ ขั้นตอน คือ ขั้นที่ ๑ สร้างแกนนำ ขั้นที่ ๒
ลงมือทำความดี ซึ่งในขั้นตอนนี้มี ๔ กิจกรรมสำคัญ คือ กลุ่มศีล ธรรมะนันทนาการ ๔ ช่า ๕ R และ
ต้นกล้าจิตอาสา และขั้นที่ ๓ ยกย่องคนดี และ ๕) เงื่อนไขความสำเร็จ โดยผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย
มีความพึงพอใจต่อรูปแบบการพัฒนาเยาวชนให้เป็นคนดีตามสังคมและวัฒนธรรมของโรงเรียนบ้านนาโคก
ในระดับมากที่สุดทุกด้าน โดยมีความพึงพอใจด้านความรับผิดชอบสูงสุด รองลงมาคือ
ด้านการมีจิตอาสา และด้านความซื่อสัตย์ ตามลำดับ ส่วนด้านความพอเพียงมีความพึงพอใจต่ำสุด
abstract:
The objectives of this research were : 1) Study the current condition,
problems and necessary needs of youth development to be good people according to
society and culture. 2) Create and develop a model for youth development to be good
people according to society and culture, and 3) examine the feasibility and benefits and
assess the satisfaction towards the youth development activities to be good people
according to society and culture. Conducted a survey on the management process with
best practices of Ban Nakhok School under the office of Loei Primary Education Area 1.
Then prepare (draft) a model for youth development to be good people according to
society and culture. Conduct feasibility and usefulness checks and assess the satisfaction
with the model of youth development to be good people according to society and
culture of Ban Nakhok School under the office of Loei Primary Education Area 1.The
stakeholders consisted of students, government teachers and educational personnel,
student parent, board of basic education Institutions and representatives of leader
community. Basic statistics were used for data analysis, descriptive analysis to describe
general data. The statistics used were frequency, percentage, mean, and standard
deviation.
The results of the model development of youth development to be good
people according to society and culture of Ban Nakhok School Under the Office of
Elementary Education Service Area 1, consists of 5 components : 1) Principles and Reasons
2) Objectives 3) Essence (content) 4) Implementation of the model. The activities are carried
out in 3 steps, namely, the first step is to create leaders, the second step is to do good
deeds. At this stage, there are 4 important activities, namely, moral group, recreational
dharma, 4 Cha 5 R, and volunteer spirit seedlings, and the 3rd stage honors good people
and 5) conditions for success. The stakeholders Satisfied with the model of youth
development to be good people according to the society and culture of Ban Nakhok
School at the highest level in all aspects. The satisfaction of responsibility was highest,
followed by volunteer spirit and honesty, respectively. The sufficiency aspect had the
lowest satisfaction.
