บทคัดย่อ:
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อสร้างแกนนำจิตอาสาสู่การเป็นพลเมืองดี
ของโรงเรียนบ้านปากน้ำ 2) เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมจิตอาสาสู่การเป็นพลเมืองดีของแกนนำจิตอาสา
ของโรงเรียนบ้านปากน้ำ และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของแกนนำจิตอาสาต่อกิจกรรมจิตอาสา
สู่การเป็นพลเมืองดีของโรงเรียนบ้านปากน้ำ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา
นครศรีธรรมราช เขต 2
กลุ่มเป้าหมาย ประกอบด้วย กลุ่มแกนนำ ได้แก่ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2
โรงเรียนบ้านปากน้ำ จำนวน 20 คน และกลุ่มขยายผล ได้แก่ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1
จำนวน 10 คน และ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 จำนวน 10 คน โดยเลือกแบบเจาะจง
เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลประกอบด้วย 1) แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับการสร้างแกนนำ
จิตอาสา 2) แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับพฤติกรรมจิตสาธารณะของแกนนำ 3) แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับ
ความพึงพอใจต่อกิจกรรมจิตสาธารณะ ซึ่งมีค่าความสอดคล้องอยู่ระหว่าง 0.67 – 1.00 และ
4) โครงการขยะมีค่าสร้างเสริมสิ่งแวดล้อมปลอดภัย วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและ
ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัยปรากฎว่า 1) การสร้างแกนนำจิตอาสาของโรงเรียนบ้านปากน้ำโดยภาพรวม
และรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) พฤติกรรมของแกนนำจิตอาสาของโรงเรียนบ้านปากน้ำโดยภาพรวม
และรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก และ 3) แกนนำจิตอาสาและกลุ่มขยายผลของโรงเรียนบ้านปากน้ำ
มีความพึงพอใจในการเข้าร่วมกิจกรมจิตสาธารณะ “ขยะมีค่า สร้างเสริมสิ่งแวดล้อมปลอดภัย”
โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ซึ่งผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาควร 1) กำหนดนโยบายการสร้างแกนนำ
จิตอาสาให้ชัดเจน 2) กำหนดคุณสมบัติหรือการพัฒนาคุณสมบัติของนักเรียนที่จะมาเป็นแกนนำ
ให้ชัดเจน และ 3) ออกแบบกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนให้สอดคล้องกับการพัฒนาคุณภาพผู้เรียน
ให้เป็นคนดีและเป็นพลเมืองที่ดีของชุมชนและประเทศชาติ
abstract:
The objectives of this research were 1 ) to create a volunteer leader towards
being a good citizen of Ban Pak Nam School, 2 ) to study the behavior of volunteer
spirit towards being a good citizen of the volunteer leader of Ban Pak Nam School, and
3 ) to study the satisfaction of the volunteer leaders on volunteer activities towards
becoming a good citizen of Ban Pak Nam School under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary
Educational Service Area 2
The target group consisted of the main group consisting of 2 0 Mathayomsuksa
2 students at Ban Pak Nam School, and the extension group consisting of 10Mathayom
Suksa 1 students and 1 0 Mathayom 3 students by choosing a specific pattern. The tools
used for collecting data consisted of 1 ) questionnaire on the formation of volunteer
leaders, 2) questionnaire on leadership's public mind behavior, and 3) questionnaire on
satisfaction with public psychic activities, which the IOC is between 0.67 – 1.00, and
4 ) the waste project has the value to enhance the safe environment. Data were
analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation.
The results of the research showed that 1 ) the creation of a volunteer
leader of Ban Pak Nam School overall and in each aspect were at a high level.
2) Overall and aspect behaviors of the volunteer spirit leaders of Ban Pak Nam School
were at a high level, and 3) the volunteer leader and the outcome group of Ban Pak
Nam School had satisfaction in participating in the public mind activity “Valuable
Waste, Safe Environment” overall at a high level. The school administrators should
1 ) clearly define the policy of creating a volunteer leader, 2 ) clearly define the
qualifications of the students who will be the leaders, and 3) design the teaching and
learning activities for making the quality of learners to be good people and good
citizens of the community and the nation.
