บทคัดย่อ:
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ๑) เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมที่แสดงคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของ
นักเรียนในโครงการโรงเรียนสุจริต : กรณีศึกษาโรงเรียนวัดเขมาภิรตาราม ๒) เพื่อสร้างแนวทางในการใช้ระบบ
เครดิตสังคมบนฐานของพื้นที่เชิงนวัตกรรมในการเสริมสร้างคุณลักษณะของนักเรียนในโครงการโรงเรียนสุจริต
: กรณีศึกษาโรงเรียนวัดเขมาภิรตาราม การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative Research)
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า พฤติกรรมที่แสดงคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของนักเรียนในโครงการโรงเรียนสุจริต
กรณีศึกษาโรงเรียนวัดเขมาภิรตาราม คุณลักษณะทั้ง ๕ ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านทักษะการคิด ด้านความมีวินัย ด้าน
ความซื่อสัตย์สุจริต ด้านอยู่อย่างพอเพียง และด้านจิตสาธารณะ ทุกด้านมีความส าคัญทั้งหมด เพราะ
คุณลักษณะทั้ง ๕ ด้าน ส่งผลต่อการพัฒนาตนเองและสังคม ให้สามารถด าเนินชีวิตในสังคมได้อย่างสงบสุข
และแนวทางในการใช้ระบบเครดิตสังคมบนฐานของพื้นที่เชิงนวัตกรรมในการเสริมสร้างคุณลักษณะของ
นักเรียนในโครงการโรงเรียนสุจริต : กรณีศึกษาโรงเรียนวัดเขมาภิรตาราม ประกอบด้วย ๕ ส่วน ได้แก่
๑) หลักการของระบบเครดิตสังคม ๒) องค์ประกอบของระบบเครดิตสังคม ๓) เกณฑ์การประเมินพฤติกรรม
เพื่อเป็นเครดิตสังคม ๔) ผลตอบแทนจากการแสดงพฤติกรรมทางสังคมเพื่อเป็นเครดิตสังคม และ
๕) แนวปฏิบัติการใช้ระบบเครดิตสังคมในการเสริมสร้างคุณลักษณะของนักเรียนในโครงการโรงเรียนสุจริต
ระดับสถานศึกษา โดยมีผลการประเมินแนวทางในการใช้ระบบเครดิตสังคมบนฐานของพื้นที่เชิงนวัตกรรมใน
การเสริมสร้างคุณลักษณะของนักเรียน ๔ ด้าน คือ ด้านความถูกต้อง ด้านความเหมาะสม ด้านความเป็นไปได้
และด้านความเป็นประโยชน์ พบว่า มีค่าเฉลี่ยรวมในทุกด้านเท่ากับ ๔.๙๔ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
ข้อเสนอแนะจากการวิจัย ๑) แนวทางการใช้ระบบเครดิตสังคมในการส่งเสริมคุณลักษณะด้าน
จิตสาธารณะสามารถน าไปขยายผลระดับจังหวัดหรือระดับประเทศเพื่อส่งเสริมการใช้ระบบเครดิตสังคม
ในวงกว้าง ๒) ควรมีการจัดท าฐานข้อมูลฺของบุคคลที่ได้รับเครดิต จากการใช้ระบบเครดิตสังคมให้เชื่อมโยงกับ
หน่วยงานภาครัฐและเอกชนเพื่อให้เกิดการน าระบบเครดิตสังคมไปใช้อย่างเป็นรูปธรรมและ ๓) ควรศึกษา
รูปแบบและทดลองใช้ระบบเครดิตสังคม เพื่อให้เกิดเป็นสังคมต้นแบบในการใช้ระบบเครดิตสังคมต่อไป
abstract:
Objectives of this research were: 1) To study behaviors that show desirable
charactersof students in the Upright School Project: Case study of Watkhemapirataram
School; and 2) To provide guidelines on use of social credit system on the basis of
innovative area in promotion of characters of students in Upright School Project: Case study
of Watkhemapirataram School. This was a qualitative research. The research found that (1)
behaviors which showed desirable characters of students in the Upright School Project: Case
study of Watkhemapirataram School, all five aspects of which, namely Thinking Skill,
Discipline, Honesty, Sufficiency Living and Public-mindedness, were important because these
five aspects contributed to personal development and social development, could be used
to develop students and society, as well as could lead to a peaceful life and (2) guidelines
on use of social credit system on the basis of innovative area in promotion of characters of
students in Upright School Project comprised five parts, namely Principles of Social Credit
System; Components of Social Credit System; Assessment Criteria of Behaviour to Earn Social
Credits; Rewards of Conducting Behaviour to Earn Social Credits: and Practice of Social Credit
System in Promotion of Characters of Students in Upright School Project at School Level.
Assessment of guidelines on use of social credit system on the basis of innovative area in
promotion of four characters, namely Correctness, Suitability, Possibility and Benefit, found
that the average point was 4.94 (highest level).
This research has the following recommendations: 1) Guidelines on use of social
credit system in promotion of character of public-mindedness can be expanded to provincial
or national level in order to promote use of social credit system in general; 2) Data base of
people earning social credits should be established by connecting social credit system with
government agencies and private sectors so that social credit system will be used in a
concrete way; and 3) Pattern of social credit system should be studied and social credit
system should be on trial so as to build a model society using social credit system.
