งานวิจยัฉบบั น้ีมีวตัถุประสงคเ์พื่อศึกษาการด าเนินงานตามโครงการต้นแบบ “ให้อาชีพ
ให้ชีวิต” เพื่อการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ต้องขัง ในสถานบ าบัดพิเศษหญิง ธัญบุรี ศึกษาความต้องการใน
การพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตการท างาน และเพื่อเสนอแนวทางส่งเสริมและพัฒนาโครงการดงักล่าวการวิจยัน้ีเป็น
การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative Research) โดยการเก็บข้อมูลจากการศึกษาเอกสารโครงการฯ งานวิจัยที่
เกี่ยวข้องการสัมภาษณ์กลุ่มและการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกผู้ต้องขัง ผู้รับการบ าบัดในทัณฑสถานบ าบัดพิเศษหญิง
ธัญบุรี ผู้ร่วมโครงการฯ และเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับโครงการฯ ผู้วิจัยใช้การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลแบบพรรณนา
โวหาร (Descriptive Analysis) โดยบรรยายให้สอดคล้องกับวัตถุประสงค์การวิจัย
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า แนวทางการส่งเสริม สนับสนุน และพัฒนาโครงการฯ และแนวทางการ
พัฒนาเพื่อเพิ่มศักยภาพสมาชิกในโครงการฯ คือ การเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการการฝึ กอบรม การ
ประสานงาน การปฏิบัติงาน การปรับปรุงสภาพแวดล้อมในการปฏิบัติงาน การเพิ่มการฝึกอบรมเรื่องการ
พัฒนาสมาธิและจิตใจ การเพิ่มโอกาสในการพัฒนาสมรรถนะของประสาทและสมองของผู้ต้องขัง รวมถึง
การพัฒนาทักษะทางวิชาชีพของผู้ต้องขัง
ข้อเสนอแนะเพื่อเป็ นประโยชน์กับโครงการฯในอนาคต รวมถึงโครงการฝึ กอาชีพอื่นๆ ได้แก่
การศึกษากระบวนการคัดเลือกผู้ต้องขังเพื่อเข้าโครงการฯ การส่งเสริมใหอ้ ดีตผตู้อ้งขงัในกลุ่มน้ีมีโอกาสเขา้
ทา งานท้งัในภาครัฐและเอกชน และการติดตามผลหลังพ้นโทษที่สม ่าเสมอ

Abstract
Title Project “Give Career Give Life” for the Quality of Life Development
of Women Convicts in Drug Abuse Treatment Institute

The objectives of this research were (1) to study the project “Give Career Give
Life” to develop the quality of life of women convicts in Drug Abuse Treatment Institute in
Thanyaburi, (2) to study the needs in quality of working life development, and (3) to give
recommendations for the project’s development and support. The study was a qualitative
research. Data was collected from the project’s document, related researches, group interviews
and in-depth interviews of the women convicts in Drug Abuse Treatment Institute, Thanyaburi,
and the related officers. Descriptive analysis was used to analyze the data, which was described
according to the objectives of the research.
The findings were as follows: (1) To increase efficiency of training, (2) To increase
efficiency of co-ordination between the institute and the company, being responsible of this
project, (3) To increase efficiency of working, (4) To improve working environment, (5) To have
more trainings about psychology, self concentration, and dharma practice, (6) To increase
opportunities in development of ability of convicts’ brain and nerve, (7) To develop convicts’
vocational skill.
Based on the major findings, it was recommended that (1) Convicts in the project
should be co-elected by the committee from both the institute and the company to match the
requirements, (2) the government and private sectors should have give more opportunities and
acceptance to former convicts working in their organizations, and (3) the institute should have a
follow-up plan for former convicts regularly and effectively.
