การวิจัยเรื่อง แนวทางการเพิ่มประสิทธิผลการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตตามหลักปรัชญา
เศรษฐกิจพอเพียงก าลังพลในหน่วยทหารของกองทัพบก มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา วิเคราะห์ปัญหา
อุปสรรค แนวทางการเพิ่มประสิทธิผล การประยุกต์บริบททั่วไปและหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจ
พอเพียงของก าลังพลในกองทัพบกรวมทั้งการประยุกต์ใช้ปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงต่อไป โดย
การวิจัยเป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative Research)
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การวัดระดับความรู้ด้านหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของ
ก าลังพลมณฑลทหารบกที่ ๑๘ ที่ได้รับจากศูนย์การเรียนรู้เศรษฐกิจพอเพียง และการน าไปใช้ใน
ชีวิตประจ าวันในภาพรวม มีความรู้ ความพึงพอใจ การศึกษาระดับประสิทธิผล พร้อมแนวทางใน
การพัฒนาการปฏิบัติงาน และการก าหนดแนวทางการพัฒนาพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของก าลังพล และ
ครอบครัวอยู่ในระดับสูง ตามแนวพระราชด าริหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงอันน าไปสู่การ
ก าหนดแนวทาง อีกทั้งการเสนอแนะการแก้ปัญหาการปฏิบัติงานของกองทัพบกในการพัฒนา
คุณภาพชีวิตตามหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของก าลังพลมณฑลทหารบกที่ ๑๘ ซึ่งการ
ตอบสนองต่อวัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัยได้ครบทุกข้อ
ข้อเสนอแนะ
1. ควรน าหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงมาวิจัยถึงสาเหตุ ปัญหา และอุปสรรค เพื่อ
วิเคราะห์ในด้านต่างๆ ต่อไป
2. ด้านการสร้างความรับรู้ ควรน าผลการสร้างความรับรู้ในกลุ่มเป้าหมายต่างๆ ทั้งใน
ระยะสั้น ระยะกลาง และระยะยาว เพื่อให้เกิดความเข้าใจในทุกระดับ
3. ด้านการประเมินผล ควรน าผลการวิจัยถึงปัญหา อุปสรรคของการประเมินในหลัก
ปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง มาปรับปรุง พัฒนาเพิ่มเติมให้ได้ผลสัมฤทธิ์ได้จริง และเกิดประโยชน์ใน
อนาคตต่อไป

Title : Guidelines for Enhancing the Effectiveness of the Personnel’s
Quality of Life Development according to Sufficiency Economy
Philosophy in unit of the Royal Thai Army.

The purpose of this study was to analyze problems, obstacles, guidelines to increase
the effectiveness, application of the general context and philosophy of sufficiency economy of the
Royal Thai Army personnel, including the application of the philosophy of sufficiency economy
by using Qualitative Research method.
The research found that the knowledge measurement about Sufficiency Economy
Philosophy of the 18th Military Circle personnelobtainedfrom the Sufficiency Economy Learning
Center and using in daily life as a whole, they had knowledge, satisfaction, effective education
with the guideline to develop their work and determining way to develop the quality of life of
personnel and their family was at high level according to the Philosophy of Sufficiency Economy
which led to the establishment of guidelines. The recommendations for solving the problems of
the Royal Thai Army task in improving the quality of life according to Sufficiency Economy
Philosophy of the 18th Military Circle personnel in response to the objectives of the research.
Suggestions;
1. The Philosophy of Sufficiency Economy should be researched to identify the
causes and obstacles for further analysis.
2. About the awareness, there should create awareness in short, medium and long
term amongthe target audience, leading to understandingat all levels.
3. About the evaluation, the problems and obstacles of assessment in the Sufficiency
Economy Philosophy from the research should be brought to improve and develop for future
achievement.
