เรื่อง แนวทางการจัดการชุมชนต้นแบบบ้านทุ่งศรี จังหวัดแพร่.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ
1.ศึกษาสภาพปัญหาของชุมชนบ้านทุ่งศรี หมู่3 ต าบลทุ่งศรี อ าเภอร้องกวาง จังหวัดแพร่
2. เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความส าเร็จในการจัดชุมชนและน าไปสู่การเป็นชุมชน
ต้นแบบของชุมชนบ้านทุ่งศรี หมู่ 3 ต าบลทุ่งศรี อ าเภอร้องกวาง จังหวัดแพร่และ
3. เพื่อเสนอแนวทางการจัดการชุมชนต้นแบบ โดยใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพในการเก็บ
รวบรวมข้อมูลการวิจัย ด้วยการวิจัยเอกสาร การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก การสนทนากลุ่ม และน าผล
การศึกษามาประมวลผลและวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยต่างๆ โดยอาศัยทฤษฎีด้านการบริหารมาเป็นแนวทางใน
การสรุปผล
ผลการวิจัย.พบว่า.ปัจจัยส าคัญที่ส่งผลต่อความส าเร็จในการจัดการชุมชนและน าไปสู่
การเป็นชุมชนต้นแบบของชุมชนบ้านทุ่งศรี หมู่ 3 ต าบลทุ่งศรี อ าเภอร้องกวาง จังหวัดแพร่ ประกอบด้วย
1. ผู้น า มีความส าคัญอย่างยิ่งในการที่จะสร้างสรรค์ชุมชนให้มีความเปลี่ยนแปลง
2. คนในชุมชนที่ต้องมีความเป็นผู้ที่มีจิตสาธารณะ มีความคิดที่จะร่วมมือในการพัฒนา
3. การเรียนรู้ของชุมชน นับเป็นปัจจัยที่จะน าไปสู่การเปลี่ยนแปลงชุมชนได้โดยง่าย.
4..เครือข่ายและความร่วมมือ.โดยที่ความส าเร็จของชุมชนจะเกิดขึ้นได้ ย่อมต้องอาศัย
การสนับสนุนจากภาคส่วนต่างๆ
ภาครัฐต้องสร้างศักยภาพ สร้างการเรียนรู้ สร้างกระบวนการเรียนรู้ของชุมชน ให้แก่
ผู้น า และผู้ที่มีจิตอาสาในชุมชน ให้สามารถถ่ายทอดความรู้ ประสบการณ์ และแนวทางการสร้าง
พัฒนาหรือจัดการชุมชนให้เกิดเป็นชุมชนเข้มแข็งและพึ่งพาตนเอง พร้อมทั้งต้องสร้างความเป็น
เครือข่าย และสร้างความร่วมมือในด้านต่างๆ ให้ชุมชนสามารถพัฒนาพื้นที่ของตนเองได้อย่างไม่มี
อุปสรรค หรือปัญหาใดๆ อันจะน าไปสู่ความล้มเหลวของชุมชน

Title : Factors Affecting to Success in Prototype Community Management
of Ban Thung Sri, Thung Sri District, Rong Kwang District, Phrae

This qualitative research aimed to
1. study the problems
2. explore the factors affecting the success of community management
and leading to the prototype community
3. propose a prototype community management approach of Ban Thung
Sri Moo 3, Thung Sri Sub-district, Rong Kwang District, Phrae Province. Data were
collected through documentary study, depth interviews, and focus group discussion.
Results were from the data processed and analyzed various factors based on
administration theory.
Findings.showed.that.the.factors.affect.the.success.of.community.managem
ent of Ban Thung Sri Moo 3, Thung Sri Sub-district, Rong Kwang District, Phrae
Province consist of
1. Leader is important in creating a community changing.
2. People in the community must have a public mind and collaborate in
development.
3. Community Learning is a factor that will lead to easy community
change and.
4. Network and cooperation is the success of the community that must
be supported from various sectors.
Government must make a performance, learning, a community learning
process for leaders and people in the community to transfer knowledge, experience,
and the guidelines to develop or manage the strong and self-reliant community.
Moreover, government sector have to make a network and cooperation in various
fields for community be able to develop its own area without any obstacles or
problems that will lead to the failure of the community.
